Greg did not create NL#5 and the Hawaiian in it did not come from BEOL. Greg Also didn't breed the NL lines by himself, he was part of the NL Crew that bred NL.

NL#5 is the only one that contains the Hawaiian, not NL#2.

Radagasfarmer is just pushing misinformation/lies told to him.

i dont remember the name of the guy

dont get me wrong i like a broad spectrum, and can reach for the stoney stuff at the right time, It might even be that i can tolerate a higher thc level in a more sat based smoke, then a stoney smoke, because i really like some afghan/ hindu kush landraces, which generally not as high thc

Greg McCallister confirmed Radagasfarmer was the one that had the Hawaiian genes.

McCallister only had the Afghan part of the NL5. I never said he created it. I said it was a collaboration, and Mccallister had some of the genes, and Radagasfarmer had the other side of the genes. WHO bred them is a different story. I said they had the genetics,, not who bred it.

Sorry bud Radagastfarmer didn't supply Greg with any Hawaiian. His Hawaiian supposedly came from a "BOEL Chemist" and was told that fairytale, unless it's his made up fairytale.

Greg confirmed he doesn't know the Hawaiian sativa Herbie N. used in NL#5.

reading through this thread I am amazed at how stories from people who were not involved have become part of this historical account. I met Greg from Scotland and several others but they really were buying seeds from us when they began...so since no one was actually involved in this story to do with plants and seeds, it is actually just versions of a myth once again trying to push other things imo.
I have all Nevil´s notes and my notes from the late 80s and 90s in both our hand writings showing which plant was used for which type of work we were doing at those times. No matter what story you all choose to believe as I say it many times, proof is in the seed you grow. The seed industry has been based on stories and myths since it began. Since we are unregulated and since all seed companies break the law to produce seed of high THC strains, there has been a way to always cover ones tracks...The day we are all put to a regulatory standard where we need to independently get plants and seed tested by a botanical society to be approved will be the first day Cannabis Seed companies will need to stop all this idle myth spreading and abide by a set series of regulatory tests to prove what they say. Cannabinoid tests of mother plants do not indicate what offspring will be like since only 50% of the genetic material is coming from...so please educate yourselves by growing out seeds and being honest to whether it is a keeper for you or not...ultimately this is the test of a plant at present!
 
Now the big ? Is who is todd mccormick? He's making huge claims that he'll have nl#5 in seed form april 1 2021...lets just hope it isnt sn april fools joke on every "sucker" that bought the buy one pack get another free deal to only get replacement packs of something else he purportedly has...or actually has?

Hello Shanti, It seems you're confusing NL Greg with someone else from Scotland. NL Greg is from the PNW/Washington state (USA) and was part of the original Northern Lights Crew, which also included Don AKA "The Indian" (the creator of Northern Lights #2 and Responsible for release the Northern Lights line to Nevil). Things may seem a little confusing but Nevil had confirmed NL Gregs existence.

The stories are part of the plants genetic origin, some of us like to know what we're growing and breeding with.

I am confident in the seeds I get from MNS. From others, not so much. All about trust AND verification through the growing. I have not found the consistency with other companies as I have with MNS. That's why I breed with them exclusively now. Why people insist on re-inventing the wheel is beyond me. Lots of seeds out there, pick your poison.
