My plan to make Stash of ASH

ASH #5
Another pretty plant with complex fresh smells
From the looks, the most different plant from the bunch
Also the smells are that different, yet cannot pinpoint it so far
I love the looks of this one. I'm so stoked to pull up a seat for the continuation of your ASH journey.

ASH5 - left / ASH1 - right / Northern Widow 2 - front

Iam somewhere in 5th week flowering (day 30) and plants seems to progress very fast & well for that short amount of time.

Plants were fed 3 times so far, I believe one or two more feedings are still in the game.
LED output preset for 150W and daytime shortened to 11.30/12.30
So far simply autopilot otherwise. . .
I love the looks of this one. I'm so stoked to pull up a seat for the continuation of your ASH journey.

thanks for all the love today !! :)
Just in time for another update ;)

ASH1 is natural wonder in smell department, I still cannot pinpoint anything resembling this one, it is sweet, it is tasty, kind of like some kind of very spiced up dought, but I dont know for sure still.
The structure is suitable to me, I like exactly this structure.

ASH5 have longer spears, maybe more influenced by Afghan Haze ? The smells are same as ASH1 but just bit of that one here, she is very subtle smelling right now.

Northern Widow2 is doing her thing, Iam proud I have kept clone of her, If I just had made cut a WACO too, that woiuld be awesome duo, but it is what it is ;)

7 weeks of flowering have passed away (exactly 47 days), I dont know who counted it previously, that wasnt me for sure :D
Yeah, so, both Ashes are turning yellow quite fast lately, they would love bigger pots of course, on the other hand the buds are ripening pretty fast, I will have to shoot some shots with proper camera, hopefully I will find some spare time shortly :)

I still cannot pinpoint the smells, these are lovely, yet undefinable to me.

ASH1
- it is smelling very complex, and every day slightly different, it is like some type of nutty tart, with some slight sharp nuances (it is not cinnamon, but something of that kind comes to mind)
- trichome coverage enormous
- pace of flowering is slowing down, hope it is making itself very sturdy, cause then it is my female plant to keep
- structure is really amazing the whole grow

ASH5
- is smelling exactly like ASH1, like some type of nutty tart, but this time more you smell her, the more you get hints yet pure afghani hash smell
- trichome coverage again enormous
- pace of flowering is slowing down too, leafs in buds are litlle bit more apparent on closer look
- structure is good too

ash5bud.jpgash5detail.jpgash5seeds.jpg

Northern Widow 2
- smells of honey-dought, now that all these are together, I think the smell part of dought is pretty simillar to ashes right now
- very nice trichome coverage as should be for any widow
- pace of flowering is unweiling slowly, those would become bulbs in few weeks

ASH 1 ibl
- seems pretty promising to me
- the smells evolved a bit, now there are some fruity notes in well masked afghani hash tart :)
- nice calyx formations also, this bud is looking serious !

ash1bud.jpgash1detail.jpg

ASH 5 ibl
- also looking pretty good, this one have bit bigger buds, but more leafs in it, also the colours are more dark hued compared to ASH1
- the smells are fruitless, but afghani hash tart is here too
- reminds me of proper afghani !

Northern Widow 2 (tropical widow)
- widow just started to pump a bit of citrus and some garlicy deep down dank smell
- she is unique, I will need to flower her in normal means of flowering as she is seriously pregnant :)
- I like how she looks, the buds just started to do these „finger“ budlets

Day 56 of flowering is here.
I have slowly started to fade out the light output..
I have set it back at 75% (115W) and lowered exposure time to 10:30 hpd.

As autumnal colours arrived, I began to watch trichomes closely, Northern Widow 2 have fully ripe seeds, but she is not nearly ready herself.. Ash1 is becoming almost ready, including seeds. Ash5 ready aswell, just few of her seeds are still green (interesting).
So I will wait a bit more before harvest.

ASH1
- buds are, now slowly, but still shaping
- very sticky plant this is, not so much oily, but more like nordle gluey
- also it seems quite fast in rippening
- the smell has transformed into that cinnamon-hash-nut-dought like smell, it is quite dank, lovely sweet smell it is
- definite keeper, I will off course first test her, but it is keeper in my eyes
- (would love to test her outdoor as I believe she would make it)

ASH1.jpgASH1_detail2.jpgASH1_detail3.jpg

ASH5
- whole plant took more afghani approach of things
- she is sticky and more oily to the touch
- again fast finisher in my eyes
- the smell is afghani indica all the way, it is nice proper smell btw
- I believe it would not be keeper, but the clone sits nearby, so we will see, I dont want to regret on my way :)

Northern Widow 2
- Tropical widow will be flowering for about 1-2 weeks alone in few days I believe
- trichome loaded plant, she is slow at this stage, but will restart again shortly, from what I saw earlier
- smells are just about started to evolve into sour widow, with some sweet background
- She will be kept for some time
