Medicine Man x Zunami Test

Hi all, so today marks day 17 of flower. This strain has genuinley surprised me with how much it has stretched. I was worried about yield a post or two ago, not anymore! The plant has pretty much covered the same area as all of my previous runs, but I have to say I feel I have a few more tops this run than previous runs. I guess I will find out at the end.

Everything is running smoothly, haven't given them anything apart from water every few days. The flowers are definitely starting to form now. No major differences in smell yet, just a strong smelling plant smell.

Hi everyone, a quick update. Its day 24 now, things are looking and smelling great. No major specific smell atm, just a strong growing plants smell. Plant on the right definitely seems to be a bit more sativa leaning than the other, the buds arent quite as compact but seem to be a bit longer and more of them. Both are growing beautifully.

Did a final defolation a few days ago, reckon I could have gotten away with a lot more defol and lollypopping, as I was so worried about the height of the plants. After flip though I can definitely see what I would change in the future. I kept a clone of the shorter plant, I will be curious at how it comes out, I might run it again immediately.

Hi guys, day 32 update. Things are looking well. No major specific smells apart from cannabis. One interesting thing I am noticing which I have not had before, is random browing of the buds. I had turned up my light more again to be around 75%, but I think they might have been doing a bit better on the lower strength. Anyone else experienced that before from it not being touched? Normally I would get those marks from touching the buds, or some parts where the net might have been rubbing against the bud. One mark at the back looked like it was from a leaf above it just leaning on it.

Looking forward to trying this, still have no idea how it is going to come out. The smaller plant (on the left) is producing bigger nugs, but they are the ones that are turning orange super quickly. As the day has progressed though it seems a bit more even, maybe they are just maturing.

So I was gonna wait a bit longer to update but I cannot resist sharing how delicious these girls look. So chuffed with them. Gave them a compost tea (nettle ferment, dynamyco, molasses, some Epsom salts) a few days ago, forgot to mention that in the last update.

I've turned down the lights on them slightly. I'd brought it up to about 75%, but I'm starting to get a bit of burnt tips and random blotches on them, so will go back to about 60% strength of the light.

It's day 55. Smells are changing everyday, still not sure what the final smell will be.

Last year I grew some bubblegum from fast buds, one of the phenos I got was a very chemically bubblegum/ fruit smell, interestingly that's the exact same smell I'm getting with the one on the left. The one on the right is going to be insane. It smells like candy, true to the zkittlez name!

They've swollen a huge amount over the last two weeks, but the trichomes are still very clear. Reckon this one will need another two weeks or so, but will keep an eye on the trichomes. Will update with some close up trich pics over the weekend.

Can't wait to try these.
