it can be challenging sometimes when taking clones in the late flowering stage definitely looks like it's starting to re veg 
Yep, that is new growth! The first growth from a revegging plant is always single twisted leaves and ia often darker from the nutes. Congrats on saving her genes!!To me it looks like new green growth

How do you like soilmixture so far ?Another quick update from the project tent.
Today I took 2 cuttings each from Dreamtime 1, Dreamtime 2 and CBD Indica
They will hopefully develop into some beautiful bonsai moms to fill my tent

Younglings looks good to me
I just give them RO water with a pinch of algae lime and some water from the fish tank and they grow like crazy I really had to get used to the wet and dry watering cycle. But the moisture meter is very helpful to figure out when I have to water the plants.
