Mango Haze and Mango Haze IBL, in search of a keeper

Last report from the pheno hunt:

Mango Haze#4 smells a bit like chocolat out of the jar, still some sweetness to her.
When breaking up a bud you can smell a light mango smell and also soil, no haze smell detected.

She vapes veery smooth and has a more creeper high, slow onset but after a good 20 minutes you feel good and in an euphoric state.
After 2 hours you feel tired and you head is heavier, this is the only pheno that feels more like a strong indica in the end of the high.
Trichomes feel oily tot the touch.

A nice pheno but not my cup of tea.MHIBL392(MH4)Nice.jpgMHIBL393(MH4)Nice.jpgMHIBL394(MH4)Nice.jpgMHIBL395(MH4)Nice.jpg

This ends the reports of the Mango Haze and Mango Haze IBL pheno's.

Thess strains have good potency, every single pheno that I had was good in potency.
Although you see good variation in the pheno's there is a red line that carries through the high's.
I find this strain to be more gentle to the user in general, physically and certainly emotionally.
100% medicine for the mind and soul!

Some pheno's are excellent for daytime use but not all.

I'm gratefull to have tried these out.

Thanks @Swifty nice clear pics and excellent reporting!

Thank you guys, appreciate it!

I'm not so well lately, doctor says I have some kind of virus.
Needs to be followed up, tomorrow another blood exam.
It drains my energy and gives me a light headache during the day.
The tent has not gotten the same care past weeks, it shows a bit.

I will update in the next few days.

Greetings.

Thanks @Proud Kraut,

I was a HPS grower, then turned to CMH and then to LED.
LED is challenging in colder climates and I don't like to spend energy on heating. For this reason I experimented with HPS and CMH in combination with the LED's and this worked well for me. I am still on a learning curve but I can say that the quality and quantity is on par with HPS now. I run my SSH cut for several years now under al the lighting combinations and this is a great way to learn.

I believe that a diverse spectrum is most beneficial for THC production, can't prove it scientifically...

To answer your question, LED's have a slight edge for looks of the buds and smell but the smoke of the CMH side is a tad better for me.

you know ive been going in circles around with this one because ive seen some growers learn the LEDs quite well but... im kind of on the same page, traditional lighting for flower especially in winter Ive had better results quality wise, the resin was just better under HPS SE

The tent @72 days here.

Started harvesting a lot of plants, overal I saw the same as in the previous run.
Some pheno's did better but I have to try them to be sure.
I'm pretty sure I can narrow the selection down to 2-3 plants after this run.

If you click on the pic that won't load you can see the girls right before harvest.
The late bloomers and the SSH are still in there.

Tent is looking empty, time to plan the next run!

Beautiful plants great job as usual. What strains do you have in the vault. Put up a poll and I will put in my vote 🗳

Thank you Islandgrower.:)

It is already planned but thanks for the offered help.
I have 2 straws in the fridge of Neville's Haze Mango that are becoming older.
This will be my next pheno hunt coming shortly.
After that it will be the Neville's Haze and after that The Doors and then Holy Grail, inbetween I will try Honolulu Haze and revisit Western Winds.
Looking forward to the next grows.

Greetings.
