Mango Haze and Mango Haze IBL, in search of a keeper

Vape report on Mango Haze IBL#6:

When smelling the jar it reminds of cheese and grass, until you touch the resins on her.
From that moment it is mango and some appels, very nice smell with a real tropical vibe.
Smell is of medium strenght and when vaped the first hit has some cheese in its taste but after that it is far more mango like.
This pheno has the most mango smell in the females I had from this run.

Smoke is surprisingly potent and up beat. You can still enjoy the couch but in effect she can be very euphoric and stimultating in the beginning of the high and then psychedelic.
Had a friend come over this week and he rolled one big joint and after 4 puffs he said that this one has a nice sativa taste, delicate but complex.
Smoked some more and then let it sit for later on. A good 2 hours later I asked him if he wanted to finish the J and he looked at me with a big grin on his face and said: "I'm good."😄

After 2-3 hours she takes you gently back but leaves your brain firing on al cylinders, finding sleep is a bit more difficult but doable.
Still some nice euphoria then.

I like the size of the resins on her, nice full big heads.
Good quality high, I appreciate her very much!

Besides temp and light changes, another interesting tidbit:

The pH level determines which pigment the plant takes on:
  • Acidic environments tend to induce red and pink coloration
  • Purple coloration occurs in neutral pH environments
  • Blues become present with higher pH levels
  • Yellow is developed in alkaline conditions

doesnt look wrong to me, longball. oh and uv definitely plays a large part as well. with your plant here outdoors for example.

learned something new. thx

'MHIBL383' is quite pretty. Is there a suspected reason why she is more purple? Didn't notice any purple on pics taken on the 7th. She sure is 'praying' too!

Longball
Thanks Longball, it is Mango Haze IBL#9.
She is one of my favorites and will most likely be my keeper, very strong terps on her (incense based) and in effect very close to my SSH keeper (raw potency).
This round she shows more colour, in the previous round I noticed it also.
I will definitly run her a third time in a big pot.

Positive, nice plants for sure, Iam thinking 390 vs 383 are plants I would like to eat :p :)
Thank you Ptree, 390 is not a haze as you could tell.
It is my Western Winds keeper cut. Morphology is very different due to the cold and perhaps a smaller pot but she has her distinct tropical smell.
I bet she tastes great also!
Next update I will make a better picture of her.

Edit: added a pic of 12 days ago.
