LB's 2024 outdoor container grow

Great looking plants, longball. Sorry to hear about your camera

Thanks, Diesel! It's the lens that's killing me! It cost more than the camera body and took great pictures with great bokeh or blurred backgrounds. OTOH, I will get the camera back fixed, or new toys, or both! So in the long run it's win-win for me! Trying to put a positive spin on a sucky story! haha

Longball

I will finish up this years grow with this last batch of pictures. Easily the worst grow I've done. However, I bought a REALLY nice lens so everything looks really beautiful. My previous grows were much better but with a cheap point and shoot I was never able to capture the true beauty of my grows. And there is the old adage - 'One man's worst grow could be another man's best grow'. Grown outdoors mostly, but bought indoors on cold, miserable, days.

One of the Afghan Hazes I grew.

More Afghan Haze with a few seeds getting ready to fall out. @eazynz - ya can never have too many seeds! ;) Hardly any trichomes on the seeded calyx's. The unseeded calyx pictures coming up will have tons of trichomes.

Early Queen - one of the reasons I grow Early Queen each season.

13 - Early Queen #1 110924 DSC_6784 LR.jpg

Another reason I grow Early Queen each year. All plants look and smell different. Geraniol is the most common smell I get with Early Queen and I love it.

The rest are various pictures of Afghan Haze. Pretty much only grew this and Early Queen this year and 1 Critical Kush plant. For these pictures I am practicising on trichomes with a lens not really made for it but some came out great. Enjoy. And don't forget to grow some Afghan Haze. It's really easy to grow!

Afghan Haze - this one is for @Apollo who inspired me to take these trichome pictures. I really like this one as it is so easy to see the red pistils going into the pretty purple calyxs. πŸ₯° These plants were unseeded so you can see the calyx have many more trichomes in an effort to attract male pollen. And they are all nice and ripe and ready to be plucked. And pluck I did. Hopefully, next year I will be back on my 'A' game and grown some really nice plants. My photography teacher does not smoke but I got him really interested in trichome photography. Much different than his wedding photography. We have been discussing equipment and such that I will need for this macro photography project.

The best outdoor grower in this forum and from the best in this planet by far the best photographer (there are few more good ones but they cheat πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ)
I have made a strain honour our friendship
Is called β€œThe LongBalls” you can see from the seed’s patterns that is a rare specimen that you can’t find even if you search the seven seasπŸ§žβ€β™€οΈ

Hey, @Apollo!

Tried to give you 2  but no good, got to talk to KristianC. I have mentioned a few times that I love checking out seeds. Like snowflakes and Autoflower Girls, no two are ever alike. Some seeds are spotted, some dotted, some mottled, I like the ones with 'tiger stripes', some are brownish, greyish, greenish, some are so dark as to be almost black. I have never, ever seen seeds that look like those. Very, very interesting. You can be very sure that I will grow the motherfucker out of those sons of bitches and post up some great pictures too! So looking forward to this! :love:πŸ₯°πŸ˜˜

Thank you very much, Swifty! You'll have to take some credit for this grow too! I did not make up or invent any of these ideas, all knowledge came from other growers like yourself. I read all your posts and look at all your pictures and any information gleaned from these posts and photos are stored in the vault for my own personal use later.

Your reputation as a grower his spreading here in the good ole 'US of A', Swifty. My helper, Bronson, always asks, "How's Swifty?" or "What's Swifty growing?". People will ask why are you doing that? I'll tell them that it's a trick I learned from, Swifty. So yeah, you have to take some blame for this grow too! lol

Thank you! Cheers! 🍻

Crazy grows many do but not all with the same results . love and attention you give to yours it reflects to the end results . Plants know whats up.
I was inspired from the first day I registered in the forum from you killer grows and humor . You wise pirate πŸ™ straight talks always .

Growing indoors to be honest you can’t call it weed the end result is not the same with the sun grown oneπŸŒ»πŸ΄β€β˜ οΈ.
Indoors is a good replica almost identical but it will never be the same medicine β˜€οΈβ˜€οΈβ˜€οΈβ˜€οΈ gives us the sun 🌞

Also my greetings to the invisible hero Bronsson πŸ’ͺ. Bronsson if you read that tell your boss he need send you over for vacations in Europe πŸ˜€πŸŠafter all this work 🀠 you did 🌻
.
Imagine this πŸ‘½
@longball and @Swifty together owning a farm in Thailand or in Spain πŸ™€ what they will combine together 🀠🫢.
Seems my morning Francos lemon Cheese
Has a vibe πŸ„β˜˜οΈπŸŠβ„οΈπŸ¦¨πŸ΄β€β˜ οΈ

We would certainly need your help on this, @Apollo, as you are clearly the best grower on this forum and growing the best stuff too.
