Looking good there Bushy.....with this weather the way it is you will see the later finishing strains come into there own:D

With things being so busy I some times forget to mention other things that are being looked at:o
We have also kept a very nice Early Queen and at the moment is in reveg along with 4 Early Skunks, 1 NL#5 x Afghan Female, NL#H Dom, 4 NL#5 x Skunk Females.
The Skunks have been put to the nice Male and the Afghan to 2 Skunk males as was a Oaxacan. I have also put the Oaxacan Pinkie to the NL#5 dom male. We have had a test of the Pinkie and taste and high is excellent even for a immature bud and has that very strong trippy clean high of the Oaxacan.
Also in reveg is 8 Oaxacan females from my 2005 Oaxacan stock that we choose on smell and bud solidness, test still to be done on those.
Nev did a quick dry of that fat MM and had a try of it and said it is in one of his top 3 smokes.....Thats about all Ive got from him so far, I have some hanging for a longer dry and will test it next week and although not the best in smell discriptions, I will try and give a reasonable report, As soon as it starts reveging I will put that Nl#5 dom male over it and we should be able to see the result around October
I have finally had some NH F1's sex out ( 2 ) after about 3 months of flowering, we would say that to find something flowering this soon is a good thing and hopefully they have the strength to use in the Breeding program.
Ok thought you might like to see a few pic, so here is a Purple Mex Thai and a Airbourne G13.

It will be neat to see what you guys think of the Early Queen, havent done her outdoors here in the north yet, but thats changing as we speak, have some re-veg plants and a couple thousand F2's to play with this season. While not devastatingly potent, the odors and flavors are outstanding! Not to mention the 'Earliness' lol. The best of the bunch of mine had very small, thin bladed leaves and the most resin. Another favorite of mine had extreme red branches and smelled of 'red delischious' apples.

Happy puffin' those testers;)

That Purple Mexi-Thai looks lovely, nice work guys!

Been hard at work up here in Blighty...

Found another Purple Afghan breeding male, he is a son of the same male that I used before, I called that male PA-A, his mother was the bright magenta PA pheno #6.

I took some of his pollen and put it on the very Thai dom Purple Thai, so the resulting seeds would be:

(Thai x PA-A) x (PA-6 x PA-A)

PA male:

Sadly, I had a fan failure and before I discovered it, the very top inch or so of my plants had got scorched. As this was where I had pollinated, the seeds got dried up and useless so I harvested just over 2oz of wonderful Purple Thai (smoking it now) but got no seeds.

Still have the PA male, have to start some more Purple Thai seeds to re-do the backcross again.

I also put some PA pollen on both of my Colombian Gold females, wanted to do that cross 4-5 years ago when I had the original parentals so glad I finally got to make this cross.

Colombian Gold, highly resinous for a sat and feels very oily/greasy to the touch, especially the stems:

Panama

Not sure where the conversation is right now in real time, but all this talk of Panama Red brought back good memories for me. Thanks mates!

YouTube - Panama Red by the New Riders of the Purple Sage

Im over here smoking Panama bud, with GreenHazeThai "Ooobah-Gooobah" on top. The "Ooobah-Gooobah" I just made today. I took two branches of GreenHazeThai buds and crushed them into a 99% pure ISO. I shook it for 1 minute, screened and pressed out the liguid, ran that through a coffee filter, then it was poured onto a mirror in the sun. The very blonde crystals left behind are pure "Ooobah-Gooobah". Ill show You a pic sometime. Everyone loves "Ooobah-Gooobah"

I know some of you cats will understand when I say - we haven't got the Grail yet - so for now I have to settle for the menorah...

And you must make a lampstand of pure gold. Of hammered work the lampstand is to be made. Its base, its branches, its cups, its knobs and its blossoms are to proceed out from it. (Exodus 25:31-40):

It would make a nice Christmas tree too Bushy! LOL! Id like to see you trow lights and decorations on that monster.

Im still trimmin hazes over here. I hate to trim! I dont envy anyone who has to trim a Haze plant that big. I always try to get others to do it for me.

Im running a few Hazes now (in bud), but mostly Honeydew Headband plants. Its an 11 week plant. Ive gotten very fond of both the flavor and the high. Like 5 stars on both. I did make a cross of this plant with A Nevilles Haze Dad.Think I did mango too. The offspring are sure to rock.

G`day Bushie
So you ended up with a candle holder instead of a chalice. fussy bugger .! lol

Chalice, chalice - yeah Elmer that's the bloody word I was looking for:

Light up your spliff, light up your chalice
lets make we smoke it in a Buckingham Palace

- Peter Tosh

darn ,
bushy stuck for the correct term ,, never thought id see that ,,
its all that crazy gunja your smoking man ,, hehehe

Just smoking the indoor 145 day Purple Thai, let it cure 2 weeks. Pretty tasty and tastes a lot like Thai - vanilla, leather, lovely.

Very uplifting and potent but the high is very clear and functional.

So keen to see how she turns out in the bush...
