Early Queen x Afghan Haze testers

To be honest, I haven't made up my mind 100% yet.

A 5-liter Airpot should be equivalent to a 7-10-liter traditional flower pot in terms of root space, but I'm worried it might dry out too quickly.
Yes, I’ve also spent most of my growing time so far in 11-liter square pots.

I’m worried about using a pot that’s too big and not being able to keep them under control—this is my first time growing Haze.
The final number of females will probably be the deciding factor.

Full-on Hazes, being a bit more finicky, can benefit from larger pots so they don't become nutrient imbalanced as easily. Their propensity to get large and unwieldly can be tempered through pruning, LST and proper lighting; preferably (more blue) to minimize nodal stretch. For the Early Haze (only 25% Haze), I'm finding them growing to 140% after switching to 12/12. Plants started at 46 cm have grown to 124 cm. YMMV. Good luck and happy growing, brah!

Hey fellow growers
Today is the first day on a 12/12 cycle; after repotting, the plants were pruned down to 6 main branches.
I managed to burn them a little with nitrogen—I’m still learning about their sensitivity to fertilizers.
By the way, #5 refused to reveal its sex, so I cloned it along with the others during pruning, and hopefully it’ll get another chance. It’s still too early for any of the clones to show roots, but they all look healthy
I downloaded an app on my phone to get at least a rough estimate of the PPFD, and I adjusted the light intensity a bit. I think I was a little too cautious, but they started growing so fast that I decided to switch to the flowering mode today
I'm curious to see what's in store for me

What kind of fertilizer you use für feeding the Plants in the growing Phase?
I am really Happy with fish-mix from biobizz. It is organic and does the Job quite good and overfeeding is alnost Not an issue, when used Proper..

I’ve been using Jungleindabox fertilizers for about two years now, but I’m thinking about switching to organic fertilizers. It’s clear that MNS genetics don’t need nearly as high doses of fertilizer as modern hybrids, and of course, with the environment in mind—I’ve tried to live in harmony with nature for most of my life—it’s time to put that into practice in my grow tent too

I still have enough of these fertilizers for about two more grow cycles; until then, I have time to think about which path to take.

I’ve learned about many organic methods here that are very inspiring, for which I thank you all very much.

This over-fertilization was purely my own carelessness; I gave the plants over 10 liters of fresh Lightmix and fertilized them again just 5 days later.

By the way, as I wrote above, I’m discovering and learning just how sensitive these sativa hybrids are to nutrients—I’ve realized that compared to modern hybrids, it really, really is a huge difference

I really like this; it’s teaching me to be much more attuned to the plant itself and its needs

Day 65 which was Sunday chopped the first 5 plants , I have a portable ac for drying but can only get it down to 20c that will do , just 4 left which will be another 2weeks plus , nice and chunky frosty and fast these ones

Thanks swiftly & trickcomanche there’s some nice smells there, struggling drying can’t get it lower than 22c in the day and I have a humidifier in there too because the rh is really low, fingers crossed they will be ok, might have todo put um in boxes or something after a week to slow it down even more

If you want, look for Mini light Meter ... UT383
It measures in Lux , so you have to convert the units, but it measures fine for our purpose, atleast for uniformity it is better then cellphone.
Yet cellphone apps arent that bad either
