I decided to really veg out my keeper Kaze pheno, stretch 'er out, tie 'er down and see if I could enhance the yield a bit from this delicious and dreamy plant.
Well ... not so much (but still only at 6 weeks, so she'll fatten up a bit). A bit more, but never gonna be a producer ... but she sure is purtty.
The SSH on the other hand (second photo) ... this is about the 6th or 7th run of this pheno and not only is she delicious and exotic tasting, she's a beast of a plant ... this one is topped, tied over and vegged out big and I'm getting a really stunning collection of colas off the one plant. God bless her.
PS - this is my first time posting the photo properly by putting them in an album and grabbing the URL. I didn't realize the size would get knocked down so much! They're big and beautiful in real life .... here's the 2 attached so they can seen full size with a click through.
Hello Longhorn. That is Kaze ("Pheno #9" I think) and no, I didn't not cross it with anything, just a straight clone from the original seed plant.
I loved some aspects of this plant, but no, my opinion is unchanged. I grew this one out, tied it down and stretched it out probably to a good 6 ft. or more in total length and still only yielded less than 1 oz. dried and cured. Just not practical as an indoor plant and I have discarded the last cut.
Not to be repetitive, but it seems a good line to explore for greenhouse or outdoor growing. I could manage the stretch if the output was better or the smoke more "holy grail", but I have other haze influenced plants that surpass it. As always though, this is just one pack of seeds and there were several very nice plants in there .. a second search may turn up a better answer.
