Due to new EU shipping regulations, all EU deliveries sent via registered post now require the recipient to present valid identification upon delivery.

If valid ID is not provided, the shipment will be returned to us by the postal service. Please note that in such cases, we are not responsible for the return, and reshipping costs will need to be paid again by the customer.

This requirement applies only to deliveries within the European Union.

We kindly ask all EU customers to ensure they are able to present valid ID at the time of delivery to avoid delays or additional costs.
