PAYMENT METHODS AND INSTRUCTIONS

Exchange Rates, Payment Methods, Paying in Instalments,  Alternative Payment Providers

ALL PAYMENT METHODS LISTED BELOW ARE INTERCHANGEABLE. CHOOSE WHICHEVER OPTION IS MOST CONVENIENT FOR YOU.

Exchange Rates

We use XE.com as our reference for currency conversions.

If you are paying in a currency other than Euros (€), we recommend checking the current exchange rate on XE.com before sending your payment.

Please note: XE.com is used for currency conversion only and is not a payment gateway.

PAYMENT METHODS

We offer several ways to pay for your order. Simply choose the option that suits you best.

1. Credit / Debit Card (Gift Card Method) — Recommended

This is our fastest and easiest payment method.

How It Works

  1. Complete your order on this website as normal.

  2. Note your order total.

  3. Visit mnsmerchandising.com.

  4. Purchase a gift card for the exact value of your order.

  5. Select the correct store.

Example

If you placed your order on mrnice.nl, purchase a Mr. Nice Auction Gift Card for the same amount.

When purchasing the gift card, enter your original order number in the Order Special Instructions field.

Once payment has been received, we will:

  • Confirm your order has been paid.

  • Send your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Bank Transfer

You may pay directly via bank transfer using the account details below.

3. Wise Transfer

Wise transfers are accepted using the same bank details.

4. Western Union (Online Bank Transfer)

We also accept online bank transfers made through Western Union using the same bank details.

5. Cash Payment

Cash payments are accepted by registered post only.

CASH PAYMENT GUIDELINES

  • Send by registered mail only.

  • Do not use courier services, as deliveries cannot be accepted.

  • Fold the cash securely so it cannot be seen through the envelope.

  • Please do not send coins. Simply round the payment up or down to the nearest banknote.

Important (Applies to All Payment Methods)

Always include your order number and/or your name as the payment reference.

Without a payment reference we cannot match your payment to your order. This will delay processing and shipping.

PAYING IN INSTALLMENTS

If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from paying your order in full, we’re happy to discuss a payment plan.

Our aim is to ensure you don’t lose the items you’ve won.

Simply email us with:

  • Your order number

  • Your proposed payment schedule

We’ll do our best to find a solution that works for both parties.
