Here is a female Black Domina from sensi seed 2009 seed stock.

I have not flower yet, tho will be with these 2 clones.

I have only heard bad things about sensi seed , so im going to put a mix of there best 4 together , to the test....

I dont have my hopes up , tho I have found a vigorous pheno...

Ill post pics along the way over summer, I flower outdoors.....

These are 2 phenos of sensi seed "black domina", both on EC 1.2 in canna coco
The dark one was cut back before putting outside as it was almost 1.8 meters tall, out growing a tent.

good flashback ... I ran one winning pheno of sens black dom for something like 7 years; looked exactly like that.

Hsey wannagrow ... You might find something very worthwhile there I think.

My initial selection of it was simply because a friend visited Amsterdam and came back with the seeds as a gift.

It was a great indoor plant in many ways .... heavy yielder with big, giant colas, good potency, cloned super easy and both the veg and flower period were extremely fast.

It made my pot growing run on auto pilot for years with very minimal effort.

The only problem ... after years of use, it was same old stuff and there never was a strong, exotic flavor to it ... nice, but nothing real special. As local laws changed here in my home state, exciting new smoke began popping up all over and it was time to change.

I have no idea what sensi's current or recent BD pheno's are like ... but my experience, it was a gem of a plant.

Hey rabbit, fantastic to hear this.
I was having a look at sensi seeds web site, and they have changed around there descriptions a bit .. and upgraded there site since last time I visited it.
This claim still stands tho..

"The phenotype known as the definitive Domina lady can be spotted early in vegetation by her extra height-gain, black-green foliage and huge fan leaves made up of slightly elongated blades. Later in flowering, a massive, sparkling, nearly-spherical central cola makes this phenotype unmistakeable. Growers who are serious about cloning should select their darkest Domina females as 'mistress plants' to provide year after year of world-class cuttings."

This sounds like the pheno I have that has the dark leaves, it had extra height gain,black - green foliage and huge leaves ...

This dark colour does not seem to be a nutrient overdose and they are all feed the same .. 1.2 EC max , no burnt tips.
The fresh growth is light, then turns dark and leathery and grows extremely vigorous, I had to chop buckets full of growth off this each fortnight to keep in the tent.
I was going to keep her as a seed mother though I have no choice but to make a bonsai mum its just too big.

Im very keen to see the girl in full flower

Good luck with it wanngrow ... I remember some info that BD was bred from 'big bud' years ago. If it's like mine, It will delivery cola's larger than your forearm even on small indoor plants. Be sure to post results!
