Onward Through the Haze

Yes, it has some VB in it. I started the project with Holy Hanh seeds that were given to me by a very dear braddah.

Lieu Hanh (VietnamBlack x NevHaze)
Holy Hanh (Holy Grail (NevHaze/AC) x LieuHanh))
Holy Hanh Grail (BackDoorMan (NevHaze/Doors) x HolyHanh))
Holy Hanh Mango (HolyHanhGrail x MangoHazeIBL)

*Doors (5Hz x AC)

Thanks for the breakdown. Assuming your bro' was selecting for balanced blends of the parents, not the outliers with clear dominance in either direction, then Holy Hanh would be roughly 25% VB, if I'm not mistaken. Each outcrossing further reduces that percentage. Are you able to still detect the VB influence in HHM?

11 weeks and not a single thing is ready yet hahaha. But you knew that. They are starting to bulk up. Here's a pic of that one Moxie Mango.

Looks like she sure does have a way to go Mu but those slow and long Sativa bloomers are special as you know but test the patience…this gal may be electric and hopefully doesn’t bloom forever.

Aloha fellow firewalkers!

12 weeks today and I am seeing some first signs of fade and with a few just starting to amber. Some very unique expressions. Smells are classic sativa, that incense spice with some sweetness and astringent smokiness like lapsang souchong which I attribute to the VB genes in the HHG crosses.
The fades come from several Moxies, the one on the left is a nice HolyHanhGrailMango. She exhibits many of the Holy Hanh traits; long and slender, slight lilac color in the bracts. Moderate stacking, smaller flower cluster with extended prolific pistils. This grow was done entirely on teas BTW.

Seeing these plants brings a smile to my face Mu.:)
Such nice sativa plants and such nice description of how they smell, instant happiness for me.
Pics are gorgeous and I see big swollen trich heads.
Great job.(y)

I see that the combo of MH and LED works like a charm for you, happy plants!

Aloha fellow firewalkers!

Going on week 14, I had hoped to begin harvesting. Not gonna happen. Some of the Mango BDM's are almost there...
It has been an interesting run. All of these F1's are exhibiting lots of variation from tight coiled buds similar to SSH to the fenotrigo traits of NH. I have one Mango Holy Hanh Grail that I am particularly curious about and plan to reveg her. As I said, it has been an interesting journey; my seeding goal has been accomplished and I am looking forward to the crop whenever it comes in. My upcoming run of Indicas will also have me revisiting some sativa clones including MoX, Holy Grail and 5Hz. See you down the road braddahs and may your grows be bountiful!

Aloha fellow firewalkers!

It's 14.5 weeks now and I'll start by taking down this Mango Holy Hanh today. Some are very close and many others will go 16 weeks. You can see some purpling leaves in the HHG's from the Blk Nam influence.
