NL#5 x Skunk

Have you tried any of the R&R series? The Doors, Stones, Cure- moderate stretch and solid bud. NL5Hz, MKS, Nordle, great cultivars on their own mated with Haze AC. Excellent plants and reasonably priced on auction.

Cheers Mu, i shall investigate..
Thinking about it i do have some pink floyd somewhere...

I can recommend Skunk Haze  She was an easy grow and yielded great (y)

Keep hazing the Skunk

Thanks Mr B.
I have some skunk haze, i picked up a spring cleaning pack years ago..

she is looking mean and green, sweetness.
thanks

My pleasure..
I'm definitely looking forward to sampling these girls..

Progress shot..
All three nl/sk(left) are well into flower now and look to be sizable yielders..
The individual front left is what i remember nl/sk to be, ie stocky close nit growth, were as the back left is a touch more sk leaning imo... All are giving off strong sweet and musky cannabis smells, slightly spirit like..

Take care all.

Quick catch up..
Have found a nice nl/sk individual that reminds me of northern lights in scent, somewhat neutral and clean but a nonetheless potent smell redolent of spirit alcohol and plant resins with a familiar sweet note.. I've loved this strong cannabis smell ever since experiencing it all them years ago.. It's imo sadly missing these days, what with everything being og/cookies dominant.

Very happy to have found this lady because she represents a true part of canna-history, in my mind..

NL/SK week-5 ish (forgotten)
DSC04937.JPG
The other two nl/sk individuals have a much more rounded and perhaps a more NL bud structure, that said they do remind me of some nordle i ran a while back..

A touch of overfeeding..
DSC04936.JPG
Back left did not like the admittedly heavy nutrient regime..
Trusty mother#7 can take a dose and i mistakenly assumed nl/sk would handle it...

Now more than ever
Peace.

Morning all, sneak update on the nl/sk..

Very pleased with the nl/sk overall, albeit from a measly 4 seed test i can't help but feel that in a world awash with cookie hybrids these offer a welcome and true step into the past, in a good way.

Favorite nl/sk individual.

Although not the most aromatic her ^
lust for life and overall structure is not to be sniffed at, or then again lol..

nl/sk three on left.

Back left nl/sk has an incredible pineapple/tropical scent that reminds me of the old skunk#1..
Trusty mother#7(right 4) will be coming down this week, her telltale purple flecks have started to appear..Yum Yum.

Take care and most of all time for yourself out there.
Peace

nl/sk 2 is much more pungent and squat with dense frosty flowers that would make any grower proud..
The fragrance is that of a rank sweetness, with a touch of something pineappley to it, yum.

The undeniably "skunky" tang left hanging in the air once moved is simply delicious, i personally believe that this smell is hard wired in my brain, because it not only excites my neurons, it reminds of good times with good people, some no longer with us..

Really like the looks of this plant :)

Morning all. Apologies for my intermittent updates.. Ugh! Life & work etc etc you know how it is..

Anyhoo.
We're on the home stretch.

Week 8-ish(I'm terrible at keeping track)
Pheno#1 is still rather mute on the nose with its strong sinus clearing spirit scent..
Pheno#2 is quickly becoming my favorite not only because of it's potent sweet pineappley fragrance but for it's overall stout nature..

Tidings beautiful cannabis aficionados.
I trust that the weather is treating you well? and that your gardens are treating you even more so..

Anywhoo.

All nl/sk are receiving only water, 50/50 tap/rain to be exact(Ultra hard water)

Pheno#2.

Keeping a close eye for the rot.
Pheno#1

And for the sake of total transparency.
Pheno#3 which just didn't like my generally half arsed technique.
I have a sneaky suspicion it didn't enjoy the nutrient levels, but can't be certain.

Pheno#3(ugly duckling)

Best of chilled Sunday vibes to you all.

Go for it Mr B.
I wish i still had the space to run a few packs of these..

I'm currently thinking about what to run next?
It should really be Shit because i need to find nice male to hit up my skunk mothers but....

Shit was my 1st MNS grow and I love it  It was easy to grow and yielded well (y)

Thanks Mu.
Ive been toying with the idea of running a haze hybrid although super skunk would be more manageable in my area, it may cover a few bases male wise too..

You've given me more to think about.

If you are looking for a Haze hybrid I can highly recommend Skunk Haze (y)
