HAPPY B-DAY, braddah! What a way to celebrate it. May you be blessed with a very healthy, long and peaceful life, my friend!
Three cheers!
It only takes one time to realize the devastation that can occur. A plant can be systemic yet be asymptomatic for quite some time. I lost my prized trifoliate NL5/Hz, my MoX and my Holy Grail mothers to this stuff (using the same razor on the same cutting board). It's one thing to have backup seeds to start over and quite another to forfeit a plant you have found through hard work and generational selection. Fortunately I have a braddah who has a copy.
As with antibiotics, remediation can do damage to the microbiome resulting in slower rooting.

I ameliorate this by using teas and other bacteria inducing supplements like fish emulsion and or kelp to repopulate/recharge the soil. And soil can be solarized before use. My 2 cents.
You're welcome, it's always a pleasure to help if I can.Thank you Zero0 for your post, very useful and I'm sure it will help others reading this.
I will source some calcium hydroxide, it is easy to get and it is good to have it as a back up.
I did started cloning along time ago with rockwool and rooting powder, Pherhaps I should revisit it again to see If I can get the same results as now.
With the peat plugs and clonex I'm used to get 100% succes rate.

Day 28 of flowering.
So far there are:
-28 females
-17 males
-2 unknown
I will look into the cuttings this weekend to see how many are rooted now but so far they all live and look ok.
Some have rooted this week (mostly males) and these are already eliminated in the flower tent.
Just before taking the pictures I topped some more, the biggest plants have 2 branches left for flowers.
After eliminating the males I will put a scrog net in the tent to help rearrange the tops in order to have the best light on each.
Feeding is still at 2ml/L Alga grow, plants have a nice green colour.
I don't see much NL in these pheno's, the sativa side is dominant in these plants.

The smaller lower plants that grow slower still have a chance.
By pruning severely they still get enough light.

I know that some will go 16+ weeks just by looking at their budset now.

Is this what they call a triploid?

Never encountered this in all of my years of growing.
It does look special!

With both luck and skill you have a beautiful batch of NH!As you can see they are heavy sativa dominant, not one is showing indica structure or leaves now.
I read on an other site that others reported a lot of NL influenced phenos, I guess I'm lucky out of 47 plants!
Thank you HazedNConfused. With both luck and skill you have a beautiful batch of NH!
If I may offer my limited experience
I read the same complaints. Can't recall which site...ultimately took it with a grain of salt. I also don't worry about indica looking leaves anymore. The genes are in there.
My first run wasn't huge, but 2 of 7 were NL leaning in leaf morphology, but NOT in effect or overall structure. When flowered outside (and left to fend for themselves) those same 2 more NL leaning phenos look very much like what I'd expect from NH. And grown inside, that NL expression faded over time
