Hi Growers,

cuttings bloom for 12 days. 3 males revealed so far (NH11, NH13, NH16 - I removed them from the "male/female" test).

I fertilize every day with a solution of pH=5.8 and EC=2.06 (75 ml).

The photos are in this order:

NH2
NH3
NH6
NH7
NH8

Hi Growers,

today is the 19th day on the flower.

pH=5.9
EC=1.76

So far 8 females, 5 males and 3 we don't know yet.

Apart from the height, the females are very similar.
The tallest NH9 is 66cm and was the first to reveal its gender. The smallest is NH8 (40 cm).
NH2 was the last to show the gender after two weeks.
They all look good. Some have spots on the leaves that are probably from the fan.

I let the male NH1 and NH7 flower outside the window and throw out their mothers.
For now, I keep NH11 and NH13 males, who are more vital. NH16 was the smallest of them, it had curled leaves and that's why I said goodbye to it.

Hi Growers,

I apologize for the delay. I took pictures of the flowers yesterday, but didn't have time to post them.

The photos are from the 27th day of flowering.

pH=6.0
EC=1.6

I flushed all the girls with pH 5.9 water until I got to EC<1. The worst was NH6 (effluent pH 5.5 EC 4.0).

Still, they look healthy and I can't stop thinking about them even at work :)

I came across another lovely scent with NH3 - don't know if it's possible but I smell chocolate in it.

I am curious how I will choose the best one :) ...because I will be choosing from 10 females.

Male / female ratio 6:10 :)

QUERY???
Can I still transplant them into larger pots?

Thank you for your attention and I look forward to the next time.

Plants are looking A+ @pforum176 !
You can only choose after you tried them. :D
I must say that some plants have that "mean look" that I like, thin leaves with deep serrations. :love:

In soil I have transplanted strong sativa dominant plants after the stretch (3-4 weeks of flowering). This to minimise the stretch and to have nice and more compact flowers.
I do this gently and try to not disturb the root mass.
Worked well for me.

Greetings.

If they are not on peak buding I would risk transplanting if needed, so at own risk ;)

& Another pretty plants ;)

Hello to everybody,

photos from 34 days of flowering.

I found out that taking pictures really takes a lot of time :)

Some flowers are starting to show a deficiency of elements (And it's not nitrogen) – NH3 (mostly), NH8, NH15, NH12.

Anyway NH4, NH8, NH9!, NH15 🤞

To Swifty and PtreeCi:
In the end I decided not to transplant the flowers... they look good and I don't want to risk anything :) ... But I'll definitely try it one day.

I would still transplant to a slightly larger container you won't regret it . Just don't disturb the rootball and all will be great. Keeping them in those containers i would advise 6 or more waterings daily . They do not have deficiencies in my eyes . They may be underwatered and underfed as a result. Just wo during how many times a day do you water.
The plants do look good so far 👌

Hi Islandgrower, I water 250ml once a day. That way they will last until I get to them again. This means that it stays in the solution for about 3 hours before it is absorbed.
I know, very risky... Maybe I should really transplant them :) ...

NH3 looks like this today (spots on upper leaves and yellowing of large leaves):NH3_38_12.jpg

If they are not drying out that quickly now they will start soon . They are healthy and a little extra will go a long way right now. Shouldn't be hard to transplant as they appear borderline rootbound in those containers. No expert but makes sense to me hahaha. I've done it before as well.

Hey guys,

thanks for helping me decide...I'll be repotting them into 1.4L pots on Sunday 👍.

I mostly select hybrids for which this method has worked for me. I make cuttings that I switch to flower in small pots and don't give them any special care to see which pheno is the hardiest. And from the most durable ones, I will choose the best one in the second round.

I have no experience with almost pure sativas, so any advice is appreciated. Thank you once again🙏.
