L33t, I have a ?
Have you ever tried switching light spectrum, during flowering, but only for a short period during lights on in an effort to increase resin production?

Ive only done this in in my smaller garden, but not have a chance to play with it in my high light intensity gardens yet. During the last 2-3 wks of an 11/13 cycle I have turned on the MH at 3.5 of 11 while the HPS goes off at 4. Then the HPS comes on at 7.5 and the MH goes off at 8. So there is a half hour overlap at both switches. I have noticed a very visible increase in resin production, almost like if it kicked into overdrive. Although I was not able to do a side by side to test weather this translates into increase in potency. I am liking what I am seeing very much.

Have you done any experimenting or experience experiments smoke wise of this type? If so any elaboration would be most useful. Excellent thread by the way. I also use root restriction. After the plant begins demanding for it in the smaller pots, I dunk as seen in bonsai practices, and this eradicates any root bound symptoms while still controlling height and shortening flowering time. I leaf prune all large fans only once at around day 20 or so(while Im still giving veg nutes). This seems to work very well with all my sats. Indica's the leaf pruning gives to much leaf in the bud. Love the Thread!

Hey L33t,
Thank you for sharing this grow, enjoyed this journal very much. Salivating all the way through! Beautiful plants, and pictures to boot. :)

It's not strictly speaking sativa, although it is sativa dominant. If you haven't got this one in your fridge for a rainy day, get it. If either parent dies, you won't see this one again. Has anyone grown it outdoors?
N.

Thanks for that Nevil, I have no seeds left and you now have me worried! lol. I'll have to grab another pack now to place in storage. Thanks for the genetics N :)

yeah shes a head knocker allright... be careful or she´ll leave you stupid.

the herb is very uplifting, literally uplifitng, if smoked out of a verdamper you literally feel as if youre floating.

taste is i think anis, licorice, minty, some hazey lemon.

this herb is very potent and expansive. very expansive. if smoking a bong, put a third or even less of the usual amount you would pack, otherwise you wont be able to clear the smoke.
its all calyxes, very few fat buds, makes breaking it up such a joy, as i take one tiny foxtail and i have at least 2 nice deep bong rips.

out of a vaporizer the taste is out of hand, followed then by a fat joint, then in the roor.

very strong potent, most seasoned smokers cant handle too much of a pure joint.

i get why shanti called it the holy grail
