The Sun
I really feel that the closer you get to the actual, full spectrum of sunlight the better the buds get - hps/mh have peaks of the main spectrum but is missing so much of the rest, leds are coming along and flourescents kind of cover two major spectrums, which kind of cover a bulk of smaller ones but you just can't beat the sun - Heath Robinson's tree grows are as close to an indoor being even similar to outdoor as ive seen, and it took hanging 5 verticle bulbs per plant to do that! I do love my 15 spectrum led - they did a good job getting different reds, orange, yellow, uv/ir, blue, white - it really does a good job! Here is a Kali Mist x Killing Fields cross that I had flowering at 12/12 when she stalled at 3 to 4 weeks (I forgot the seedmaker told me to drop to 10.5/13.5 for the duration, doh!!) thats why she looks like she does, I ended up training her along the back wall of the flower closet, lol, where she eventually took off where it left off. I've got a clone of her running in flower now, instead of lavendar she's a darker purple - loving it!
