BEERCUPS!

How much is enrollment in the "PatrickStar BeerCup Grow Seminar"? Please reserve a spot for me. I can rent a snowmobile.

Lol enrollment cost ~3bux for 50 beercups. :D I wish I could take my small container efficiency up to larger pots, lol. You teach me how to do it right in something bigger than 3gallons, and I'll show you how to grow the toy trees :D Speaking of smow-mo-beelz... Today is actually 40 friggen degrees in the sun!! I'ma crank the house heat today to try to get the snow to slide off my roof. Talking about possibly a big-un for mid week :D

Smokin on one of the 2 ssh f2 cuts that I'm getting to know. I don't have a cut of that freakishly long f2, but I have what look to be ~9/10wk cuts. Both have ssh flavor/high/after smell, with one leaning towards fruit, and 1 leaning towards 'dry' sandalwood.

Call today day 1 for the Mississippi Deez. Lookin like ~4/5 girls. Flippin the next batch 2night ;) I might start a thread on em. :)

Actually, flippin tha next batch today, cause it's CHOP DAY!! :D (yay)

All SSH except the 2 white 3gallon plants in the back. They have orange arrows on em in one of the pix.

Here's what's replacing them. They are Shit x LN; dropped bet x-mas and new yr's, vegged in 1/2 beercups of soil, topped off with castings last wk. I'ma start a thread on these when they sex, cause I have 3 seedbatches with this Shit daddy, and I have 2 other separate Shit F2 batches. Like momma told me, best to keep all of my shit in one place :p

Whattap, Nygee :D My bloom room is ~4 x 8 footprint and 2600w. 3x400w cmh's, 1x400w hps, 1x1k hps. 2-1-2 zone defense :p

Here's some lazy shots of the bud in the smoke jar. Both SSH f2 from clone. Looked like they were ~9/10 wk plants, but these are the first plants done from clone, so who knows, lol. Both are fire, the top plant prolly smells/looks a lil better, but the bottom plant may be a lil stronger. Both nugs are funky fruit (less fruit on the top one, but still some) and creamy haze, so I'm betting that they shared at least 1 parent.

One of the things that happens in a perpetual with all kinds of cuts and seedplants is that the chop days can vary a lil. These are SuperSpice cuts that I put in 10+ weeks ago (cept 2...). They go ~10, and the SSH that I put in 2 wks before them go ~12wks. Uhh... now I have a hole in my perpetual, cause I'm pulling '2-chopdays' ~the same week. I won't have another big chop day for ~20 days, and then maybve another ~20 till the next one. To make up for the loss in efficiency/consistency, I run seeds. Seems to me that the seedplants will stretch and gobble up available 'light-footprint' more readily than cuts. I transplanted 4 OD x MM (mississippi deez) to 3+ gallons, 1 to a 2 gallon, and I have one in a beercup. PS, these pix show 7 bags, but I only chopped 6. I remember that I put 2 of these in ~10 days after the rest, but I fergot till I pulled 1 of em, and it was light. I stuck the last one back in.

Here's the 3 mom's that I was holding. L2R - Shit, SuperSpice, SuperSilver. The SuperSilver is ~18mo old, and she is COLD, lol. Veg stays cold to begin with, and she was practically on the floor. Cold sinks ;) Anywhoo, running everything out, so here they go. I have 1 rooted cut of each, "JustinCase".

DSC00115.JPG

Here they are after I stripped em, and before I flilpped em. Once they get used to the bloom room (prolly 1 wet/dry cycle), I'm planning on repotting to bigger pots of perlite heavy soil.

Nicccccceeeee

Impressive PStar I definatly have to step my game up. Supreme Genetics +lots of wattage in the cottage....blisssssssss....:D

TY Nygee :)

I chopped my SSH in a beercup the other day. I'm still hopin for a 1/2+.
DSC001331.JPG

The 'other' cut that I have pics of in a blue beercup isn't a SSH like I had her listed, it's a Shit. I'm looking at her the other day thinkin - "What'd I do to speed up the budset by 3+ wks????" Then I rubbed the stem ;) I only have this plant and the former mom from this cut, so I'ma get pics of her into my Shit thread in the future. The tall red hempy's are prolly ~7wks, and need another 10-14 days. They have been water only for the last week or so. The shorter blue hempy is a Muddy Deez ~10days after 1st.

Happy Chop Day!!! :D

2 beercups and the 2 2gallon bags - Spice x (ogkush x g13/HzC) ~10/11wks after 1st. Back hempy - Shit 'C'; front hempy - MasterKaze '2'. Both hempy's ~10wks of 12/12.
S7300001.JPG

The Spice x ogk x g13/Hz's. I have a few more of these to pull in the next ~10 days, and a big 'un that wants another ~3wks. I pulled one of these ~7 full weeks after first, and it was small churchy rich fuelly fire :D.
S7300003.JPG

Fuel for the chop. Melenesa w/baby spinach covered in basalmic, olive oil, w/sardines, chick peas, and nacho bits. :)
S7300009.JPG

I had to use the old cam for these pics, cause the battery died int he new one. I'ma try to get some budshots and wackros up in a bit. Pix of the ShitC and MkZ2 in the shit/mkz threads.

Damn P.Star! I'm always impressed with the thickness of your buds from top to bottom you must be running 1000Wer's to get that kind of light penetration. Do you ever scorch your tops?

Howdy, Scrogger :) TY for the kindness! I have (1) x 1k w/cheapo bulb in a sunsystem2 hood w/o glass. I generally only burn tops if I don't respect the heat of the 400's, and try to live 3" form the bulb ;). I keep the plants ~12"+ from thbe 1k, and it is stationed as the highest source of light. I think that the density is aided by 3 different 'height levels' of bulbs.

I had a chop day, then I had a flood. That was a week+ ago and I still have 2"+ water down below. UGH. Every day I pupm it out, and every day it comes right back, lol. Prolly wil stop coming up sometime today or 2moro. Rain stopped Sat AM....

Lol here's to happier (dryer, lol) times. The bags are Spice x (ogkush x g13/HzC), and the square hempy's are same daddy on what I think was a Mango Widow mother (from Dreamtime). ~10-11wks after 1st flowers. Peep the dry floor!!

Spice mothered. 2 bags pushing 3zips, and 2 are easily 2.

Here's the larger of the 2 Spice x (ogk x g13/h) soil beercup hempy's. I pulled ~a g to sample before this picture, so figgure 25g. 10% short of my goal. The smaller one came in @ 21 and change.

hello folks,

think he is visiting family at the moment.;)

I was last speaking with him early last month.

Whattap, fam! :D

Life comes at you fast. So I was messing around one day back in the spring, and I decided that I needed to get my weight up a lil in order to get the hell off the east coast. Well, on the east coast, I was paranoid as fukk, 3yrs in the same spot, and WAAAAYYY over state prosecution plant counts. So I dipped from the internet, and handled bizzness. ;)

Now I'm out here in northern Cali somewhere, and they goin to go on an let me grow my tree...

No outdoor crop last summer, not even a legit veggie garden, so you didn't miss anything there. But I DID learn how to completely fill out a light footprint!!! Lol, no pics of that for me, though. PS, 3 weeks after I moved (& ~30 days after I closed up shop), there was 4' of water in what was 'Down Below'. I would have been REALLY fukked if I had had a few k burning, & 400 gallons of soil & plants to move. In a flood. In a blackout, lol.

Got to the left coast early August, & dropped some beans. I had crossed my SuperSpice selection to a full 'brother' of hers, and I had done the same 2x's with the Shit "A" cut before I left. So I ended up with ~ a dozen female (SuperSpice X SuperSpice, I'm just calling the inbred seedline, and future inbred generations 'SuperSpice') superspice's, and ~4-5 females from the inbred Shit A grandkids. Ran in a 21" x 24" closet corner with a single 400cmh in 1 gallon bags. Lol corporate downsizing.

Here is a nug from the 'indica-leaning-outlier' from the first seed run with the 1st gen inbred superspice. Quite a bit like the grandmother Spice.

ssgen2indywackro.jpg

I'll get pics of the other nugs up, I have a half dozen different samples left.

Here's what I have goin on now. 5 of the 6 3 gallons under the 1k are LaNina x Shit, and the other one is one of 2 '1st gen inbred superspice' cuts I'm running for now. I have them labeled "A" & "B". I have another cut labeled "3" that I'm 90% sure is an inbred Shit A, but there is a chance it is another inbred superspice. I will be 100% sure what she is after they finish & smoke. The 1 & 2 gallons and beercups under the 400cmh's are all A, B, or 3 cuts. Ln seedplants are ~4 full weeks after 1st flowers, and the oldest cuts are almost 4 weeks 12/12.

DSC00427.JPG

Not that anyone nec. cares, but the white bags were vegged/transitioned for a week in beer cups & spent the first ~10 days of 12/12 in the cups. The black 1 gallons were transplanted & flipped on the same day, no veg. The youngest beercups in there have been vegging ~2wks. I write this, cause in a new spot with new plants it will pay to keep a journal, and if I write it here, I can reference plant pics with dates.

PS, I write veg/transition, cause here is veg - a 42w cfl on the stove hood, lol. Got cuts of ssA & ssB, and moms fo A, B, & 3 up there.
DSC00428.JPG

Workin on a bowl of the nug I took a pic of. Smooth, and kushy sweet. Looks better than it hits, though. Floaty/stoney/happy, but not too strong.

EDIT - Trying to get wackro pic to show.

Greetings PatrickStar,

Wonderful setup you got going on. Looks like you have plenty of genetics to be playing with. Congratulations making the move to the west coast, your obviously in a great place for what we do. Many east coast growers fall to sleep at night just thinking about being where you are. lol though we never met formally, I have read through a few of your threads and learned along the way. Nice to have ya back, I look forward to your insight.

Best Regards

sXi
