Hey fellow growers 
Day 16 on a 12/12 cycle
Not much has happened; I’ve been trying to maintain the best possible conditions for the past week. I had to set up a humidifier in the room with the grow tent because the relative humidity was dropping to 35%; now I can at least get it up to 50%.
The plants have stretched out a bit, but I think they’re almost done growing.
It seems to me that they’re still a bit lighter than I’d like; they look good in the photos, but the reality is different—maybe I’ll try adding some more fertilizer.
Over the next few days, I plan to prune the lower tiers to improve air circulation; the lower part is quite dense, with lots of small twigs that don’t get any light.
Temperatures are now 23–26°C during the day and 16–18°C at night; relative humidity fluctuates between 40–50%. I water every 3 days; the amount of fertilizer remains the same for now, but I’ll slightly increase the concentration for the next watering.
By the way, the males are slowly starting to release pollen—it’s exciting
I tried to take a close-up of a few selected flowers
I think the real show is about to begin, and I’m looking forward to it

Honestly, I wouldn't try and chase the darker green or you may end up going too far and causing the plants to herm. I've had issues in the past feeding too much nitrogen in flower and had my whole crop herm on me so I stop feeding nitrogen after week 3 of flower. You could give them some half strength cal/mag and see if they darken up for you though.

Excitings times Lu-Khan, they look good. 
I would cut bottom half of the branches and leaves off.
This wil help direct energy to the main top and reducing a possible risk of male bananas on the shaded areas.
It will also improve airflow and should make watering easier.
I'm curious how you water them, one by one or do you have a special trick?

In the end, I stuck with the original concentration, but I added half a dose of Calmag and half a dose of silicon.
I figured the lighter color was caused by a sudden switch to bloom fertilizer. Usually, I keep using growth fertilizer until the first week of 12/12, then gradually switch to bloom fertilizer. I have no idea why I didn’t do that this time

It takes 30 minutes at most, and it’s a nice moment when I get to inspect each plant individually—I really enjoy it

I used pollen on plants #8, #9, and #11.
The pistils turned brown after a few days, so I think I was successful
The plants look happy; some, primarily those in the middle, are showing signs of calcium deficiency, so I raised the light a bit higher and added more Calmag to the water.
Some plants are already starting to develop a nice coating of trichomes. During my last visit to the tent, I sniffed a few plants; my favorite, #9, smells so strongly of cat urine that I grimaced
, I also found a pleasant sweet-fruity scent, and then the classic heavy, dry Afghan aroma of coffee and hashish—maybe I’m even catching a hint of black tea? 
I can’t wait to taste this selection
Conditions in the tent: I’m managing to keep the relative humidity steady at around 50%; temperatures are 24–28°C during the day and 15–20°C at night.
I’m currently fertilizing with every watering, once every 3–4 days, depending on how dry the pots are.

I also like to rearrange my plants, but in this setup, their height has created a beautiful “stadium effect,” so I don’t really want to move them around. I’ve raised the light a little higher, or I might turn down the intensity a bit.
I sometimes look through photo albums of my grow, and I noticed that when I bought the light I still have today, I was probably so impressed by its brightness that I hung it quite high above the plants—I’d say maybe even 60–70 cm.
Interestingly, I don’t see any deficiencies in the middle section of the tent in the photos, unlike what started happening in subsequent years
I also remember that it often happened that the buds in the middle section of the plants seemed generally nicer to me than the tops themselves, which leads me to think that maybe I’m using the light incorrectly and needlessly searching for the lowest “most effective” height to hang the light above the plants.
I’ll start working with this result of my research

For some time now, I’ve been noticing a deficiency in my favorite #9, which has gradually started spreading to other, mostly narrow-leaved phenotypes.
Lighter color, necrotic spots, purple discoloration between the veins, and so on.
I concluded that since I was fertilizing sufficiently and watering without drainage (mistake!) in such small pots, the substrate must be salinated.
So I flushed all the plants with clean water adjusted to a pH of 6.5.
To my great surprise, I found that only one plant had a drainage pH of 5.8, another problematic one at 6.1, and the rest of the plants around pH 6.2–6.3.
I continued my research and I think I’ve finally found the culprit: low nighttime temperatures, which drop below 15°C every night.
It’s amazing to observe the differences in phenotypes; I have narrow-leafed ones here that show a deficiency and (I hope) a problem with low temperatures, but I also have broad-leafed phenotypes that are beautifully green and completely healthy with large buds
I think this makes sense from a genetic perspective and given the parents used in this cross.
That’s all for what I’ve been up to this past week. I’ll be turning on the heat starting tonight, so next time I’ll let you know if I’ve finally found the source of my problems
I have to mention what a wonderful, enriching journey this has been. In the past, I used to chase after stable strains, ideally wanting all the plants to be “the same”—SO BORING!
I’m really enjoying the diversity, and I’ll enjoy it even more once it’s dry, cured, and stored in jars
Out of my 15 females, there are 2 I really don’t like, but of course I know they might surprise me
The rest are just great; each has its own unique character.
Most of them already smell nice—some like fruit (maybe berries?), others like typical Afghan, and cat urine, of course
It’s hard to distinguish individual scents in a tent full of plants
In my next post, I’d like to take a photo of each one and describe my impressions in detail.

I believe that you are right Lu-Khan, cold temps at night have shown the same kind of damage in my grows (I also gave a bit to much water at the same time).
In any case having some extra heat should stop this problem, your plants still look great.

I have to mention what a wonderful, enriching journey this has been. In the past, I used to chase after stable strains, ideally wanting all the plants to be “the same”—SO BORING!
Yeah the Same with me in the past, but If you want Uniform Plants you suppose to Take cuttings from the Most promising Plants in your Grow....they will be Growing Uniform for ever.

Sorry for the delay in updating—the weather’s nice outside now, there’s plenty of work in the garden, family matters, the kids… you know how it is—just life
After flushing and leaving the heat on overnight—the temperature didn’t drop below 17°C—the deficiencies aren’t spreading any further; only one plant is extremely scorched and dry—ugly duckling, I remembered you, @Ray and your round with NL5xSk
I let them dry out thoroughly and returned to the original fertilizer concentration; they look happy.
I wanted to add individual photos of the plants to this post and write descriptions of their scents, but after sniffing about 8 plants, I ended up with a stuffy nose that couldn’t smell a thing anymore I admire those of you who can do this; I just can’t describe most scents. You’ll have to settle for unlabeled, low-quality photos, friends.
However, the scents I did pick up were chocolate, coffee, that dry, typical Afghan scent, the sharp smell of skunk (ammonia), and then something even sharper that I can’t quite describe, sweet fruity scents, and the sweet smell of candy. Well, I’ve got an amazing mix there, guys.
What makes me really happy is this: I pollinated 3 plants (the first 3 photos). The first one has massive buds with huge bracts and an Afghan scent; the second is my favorite #9 (I have more favorites now
)—narrow, long buds with a sharp scent of skunk and carrots (I think); the third one, from which I’ll be getting seeds, has pink pistils—something I’ve never had in my garden before—and I really like it; it’s covered in trichomes and smells sweet.
It’s definitely worth mentioning—you might notice that besides #9, there’s another one with even narrower branches. A really sexy girl, but when I stuck my nose in it, it smelled like a dog had taken a shit. I’ve never smelled anything like this from a flower before—pure shit, nothing more, nothing less.
Now on to the photos themselves—enjoy them, enjoy the weekend, love life

Day 48 of 12/12
I’m a little behind on posting updates—sorry about that.
The most beautiful time of year is here—the buds are getting bigger and the scents are getting stronger. I’ve got a whole range of aromas in there; it’s amazing.
The abundance of trichomes and how sticky they are is fantastic. When I visit the tent and I’m not watering, I spend my time sniffing and touching all the ladies
I’m watering with just water now; I’ll see if some phenotypes still need fertilizing, but there are also some that will likely be ready for harvest in week 8.
There really are some beautiful plants there—check out the photos; they were taken between days 44 and 48.
