That is one productive couple of sq meters B', are they all 600W's?
Just had to buy a smoke on the front line, 2 joint's worth (single skin joints) for £10/$17, at least Dick Turpin wore a mask! these guys have no shame!, and the worst bit, it's a stunning bit of Thai? Cambodian? ish, smells like Christmas cake with chocolate on, i'd love an ounce of this, now wheres my lottery ticket?
When you post your pic's, do you put them on Photobucket or the like, i am starting my Mango x Widow, and Skunk x Haze thread and havent got a clue how to post a pic, only ever posted that one of yours where you're taking a whizz and only because it had the code next to it, any help will be great B' or any of you guy's if B's not about thanks Pepè

Yo Pepe :) Those are 400's and there is 1 CMH bulb and 2 hps. I will be adding another 400 (I think the ballast works)hps this wk, and I want to get 2 more cmh bulbs giving me 3 x 400 CMH, and 1 x 400 HPS. I'd like to add a 1k within a few wks, but I need these cuts to root. I WOULD have ~15 3wk old plants that I could re-pot and flip young if I didn't have a bastard mouse. Eventually it's gonna be a 2600w (1k hortilux, 400hps, 1200cmh) 5 x 10 room with a 5 x 8'+ footprint.

I host my pics either here ( mrnice.nl/photos ) or at my account at IC mag. Recently the gallery has been on and off (more off), so I've been uploading them to IC, and linking from there.

I didn't cook the oil very long with the bud in it, maybe an hr. I didn't want to waste it, so I didn't strain it, I just added it. I put ~1/2 cup of pancake mix (not the ready rock, just flour and baking powder) and an extra egg into a chocloate chip cookie mix to try to make brownie bars. I used ~3/4 cup of oil for this batch. I used the superlolo that died and some SSH trim for these.

Hey I checked the SSH f2's, and I have 9 sprouts with 3 or 4 'happy's'. The one that didn't pop yet looks smaller than the rest, but I dunno if it is the one that caught my eye the other day.

Now paste it into a new tab.

If you wrap the
tags around that string, the pic gets imbedded.

I think you see where I'm going with the room.

Hi B,
Looks like you've got a ways to go with the room still as you know, but one suggestion I would make is too enclose your general area above. You've got alot of light escaping that could otherwise be concentrated in a smaller area thus increasing your productivity. It looks like you could also increase your plant numbers as well, I would even suggest aiming to get a more even and fuller looking canopy. Often times ive found running the same variety is a better idea than mixing up a multitude of plants that come in various shapes, sizes and configurations. The space you have above is very promising with some tweaking you could be pumping out 4 times as much as you currently are. Im looking forward to the time when you've got it squared away buddy, sounds like you're aiming for very impressive garden. Keep em coming.

You can see where I'm gonna build the walls in those pix. I'm putting up t-111 on the 10' wall, and I may use the t-111 for the 5'wall, but I'll more likely use B&W. Doing the math, I'd have to have my room/cut tuned very well to match my perpetual yield with successive crops. Of course the perpetual is rarely at 'peak' production/area, while the sog stays at 'peak' after the stretch is over. I was pulling just under a GPW with the perpetual(not figguring for veg power) until the cold nights came. I dunno if I could pull over 2 lb in the same setup (essentially open on 3 sides) with a sog.

Just a question, and I do appreciate the input. Why take the dig in the next to last sentence? To me that sentence implys that I do not currently have my garden squared away, nor is it generally impressive. Maybe I'm reading it wrong.

I'm very proud of my garden :) I have seen 4 or 5 other people 'try' to grow bud, and some of the attempts have been profitable, but those guys are deep in debt and currently living in rented rooms. My lil garden pays all my bills. And I live in a 3br 2bath house in one of the most expensive real estate markets in the country. Not much, but not bad for a 1200w setup with 2 homemade hoods.

Of course it would be more productive enclosed and jammed with plants. That's why I'm enclosing it. And vegging out the plants. It's all right there in the thread. :)

Haha Barletta!!! You crazy bastard! :D :D :D What makes you think thats a dig? I just think you will see an improvement when you get it cranking.

Somebodys S-E-N-S-I-T-I-V-E.

Do you need another hug buddy? Come here man!! :D

Yeah, sorry bout that, I am bitchy lately. Had to take a lil hood loan (and $$$til don't have my $$$ if you're readin!) after the cold and dropped veg light whacked my yield. It also set me up to be behind for the next month or so, that's what prompted the seedcracking and room re-arrainging.

I could see it starting to come together when I moved the light nearest the corner (under the can). The light just came right back to me, and there is no fresh paint there, no B+W, no mylar, AND it's a 400 that's techincally too far fom the wall to effectively cover the area. I need to up my intensity. My first room was 250w of flouros (2 125envirolights hung vertically) and like 1.6 sqft. Just white paint, and I was yielding fat lil plants. Even the closet I was in before this was 2 x 5 and 800w with mylar on 2 sides and B+W. I let my game slip WAY far down. :(

Yeah, gonna enclose the space and get the mylar up hopefully 2moro. I didn't grab the tin snips outta flower before the lights went off, so not building the hood 2nite. I'm not looking forward to sawing away at that wood siding. I was at depot, hoping for a $25 clearance rotozip, hahaha. I'm not gonna kill my dremmel to do it either. Gotta get my weight up for the upcoming outdoor anyway. I had to use that same saw just to cut 2x4's for the closet, and it's a dull mofo.

Yo, I was in sales and management, not installation... :D

Got the And1 (vol 2 or 3 I think - 50 just threw it off the shotclock at run n gun) goin. Mob deep on headphones will make ANYONE'S handle better :D

Haze does wonders for the handle, but sort of kills the jumper/defense :p

EDIT - Yo, I just re-read that, and I am pissed, cause my plants haven't looked like this EVER. My shit IS NOT currently squared away, and PERSONALLY I am certainly not currently impressed. I can only look at pix up to ~mid Dec for so long. I didn't need to see it, but would have need to see it 2months ago. Too bad it's human nature to not take/post shitty pix...

Damn thats all daaaaammmn hah

Damn Bar i'm hella hungry now that i saw that big fuckin bud cookie damn ima havto go downstairs n pound some regular chocolate cookies haha lookin good holmes all around can't wait to c ur room finished

N i finally got the list of everything i got at my work n how much it'll cost me jus gotta figure the pot size n how much i need

We gots :

Worm castings- 1 quart EACH

Chicken Shit- 1 cu ft. per bag

Perlite- i think 4 cu ft per bag

Shagnum peat moss- i think 4 cu ft. per bag

Dolomite lime-5 lbs

Bone Meal- 3lbs the NPK is 6-9-0

we got some 5 gallon pots n 7 gallon pots i mite get mayb one 7 for mine haha i'm not sure if 5 gallons is gunna b too small wat u think? i culd jus get buckets but i'd need more mix....

we also hav some organic all purpose food mix its a 10-10-10 was thinkin this mite b good in the mix any ideas?

i wanna get the best taste possible from this i kno this has to do wit the "shit" (guano)i hav in the mix n flushin it later in the season n of course the curing in the final stages but is ther something i'm missing for that perect taste?

Yeah man, that's the stuff. You can literally grow pounds with that much stuff. It's probably 4 quart bags of perlite (maybe 4 gallons) perlite is cheap, and it will be 1/3 of your mix. 10 x 5 gallons is 50gallons mix. 17 gallons perlite. 4 x 7 gallons = 9+ gallons perlite...

You can leave the bone meal (for now) out if things are very tight, but don't skip on the castings and chickenshit. Just get a P source when you decide to start flowering in a few wks. I wouldn't bother with the 10-10-10 either right now.

As far as the taste goes, you will be hard pressed to have better tasting bud than outdoor fed with dry organics. If you just build a good mix, topdress as necessary, and give em molasses (K, cal, Mg, iron and provides sugars that the plant would otherwise have to expend energy to produce for the micro herd. Also helps the plant to uptake/utilize other nutrients), your bud will be ready for a good dry and a lil cure :) When you roll a nug of homegrown, organic outdoor, it is a party for your nose, and sometimes it's like a hot onion for your eyes. Whatever you grow should shit on those danks you have. Just because they weren't in 'bags' knockin the trichs all off. Plus I bet most of the commercial growers (and 95+% of the hydro guys) use chemical nutes, which require a flush 'regimen' that is easy to fukk up and leave nasties in the dried buds.

5 or 7 gallons is no big deal, IMO. If you are going to use them for a long grow season, the bigger the better. I've completed grows in the ground and in pots 3 gallons and under (indoors), so I dunno how much of a difference 5gal is vs 7 gal if you can get water to em easily.

Hey, 1/3+ of that cookie is down the hatch. It's hard to open my eyelids all the way. :D

hah fasho u chillllllin?

n Yeee i can't wait to smoke my own homemade dank me bein ocd i hope i go pro on the curing haha

hey but wat u said dint make sense to me math wise 4 x 7 gallons = 9+ gallons of perlite?

lets say ima get the 7 gallons

wit the lime, castings, shit, peat, n perlite would they all b evenly distributed?

if i knew how much per 7 gallon i'd know how much i'd need in total rite jus times that by the amount of plants

i've seen someone make a small beddin b4 n did it in layers wit the perlite than shit n kelp n others but it was layerd

u could see the dif sections is this smart to do? or is mixin it all up the best way

Thank-you my friend

Hey B, First, sorry, i asked you a question that i can see you were good enough to answer really quick but we had a bit of a crisis with my wife and had to take her in to the hospital, :( so i hadn't seen until just now, thanks for a speedy reply though.
I really appreciate your help man, like a dick i never even thought of putting them in the gallery here, I opened a Photobucket account last night as i had taken some pics of my M x W's, well i had transfered the pics from the camera to Picassa initially and i don't know know if they get saved to my PC but i can't find the file anywhere?, all i can do is view the pics in Picassa or from the PC but the PC version is not thumbnails you can click on to transfer but rather a file that when open you can only view, (like windows viewer) so long story even longer, as it goes i am not at all happy with these pic's, they don't show anything like the detail i was trying to show (wanted to make a point about topping etc) so i am going to re-do and if still no good i'll have to borrow a better camera and do them later on when i get home, meanwhile i'll use the pic you left for me to play with while i get used to it, you're a gent B' that will really assist me.
Great looking cake by the way, boy i could do with that sort of buzz today, who needs women eh?, we all f***in do!:D
Thank's again B' Pepè

Whattap Pepe, you dick! :p It looks like the gallery is working here. I usually log in, then open the gallery in a new tab, and work that way.

Hmmmm... Picassa is the program that you use to edit/transfer photos, right? Take a random picture, and run it through picassa. Make a change (ANYTHING), then click file-->'save as'. If you have a PC, a folder opens up, and asks you to give a file name, and file type. In that window/folder is where your other pictures are, most likely.

What I do is create a new file folder on the desk top. Then I plug in the camera. Then I choose "open folder to view/display/browse files". Then I see my pix. They are given names like "S7304021" (camera model is s730, and it would be pic #4021). I cut and paste the pix that I want from the 'camera folder' (opened when I plugged in the cam) to the 'new folder' on the desk top. Then I unplug the cam and work with the pix from that 'new folder'. My cam puts em out @ I think 2300 x 3200, and I re-size em to 860 wide for the horizontal pix, and 800 for the vertical pix.
If you're havin girl problems, I feel bad for you son.
I got 99 problems, P - and a bitch aint one :)
8 amp heat mat.

Yes he bites.

Decided to lay the t-111 on it's side and use B+W for the top ~3.5'. Found the rest of my mylar, and together it's like adding a light. :) Now if I could get this big piece of aluminum cut up, maybe I can actually add another light.

Edit: Alot of these ppl r really lucky tho they gots the space n money

Yeah, I saw those when I had my lil 1.5 sqft 1/2 oz a wk perpetual goin. I need a few bukk$$, and either a driver or a driver's license :) My room will look good within the next 30 days or so. :)

top bit of work there mate

from where you took the photos wat are you using as a door/wall

your plants look good as well

Thanks, mate. :D Great googily-moogily :D

Hey I was hanging the mylar on the left there, and I started smellin this skunky-skunky that I hadn't smelled before. The first thought is a light was cooking a top somewhere, but I do the owl 270deg head spin, and I'm good. So I smell it again, and look down. Right there against my pant leg, gettin molested every time I move a lil is the Devil #2 :) Has a real funky fruity skunky thing going on. Not like sweet, but like skunked candy. I started REALLY looking for the seeds cooking, and I can't see any. I'm gonna seed her again.

The Pakalolo x Devil(s), and SSH #1 x Devil(s) both look like they are cooking away, and the Dev's #1 x Devil(s) (f2's) look good. The dev's #2 prolly has a few seeds going, but there wasn't enough pistils to really seed it on the lowers when I pollinated ~10 days ago.

I'm liking this pakalolo plant. She deffo smells like haze right now. The nodes are nice and tight, and she looks like she will be signifigantly faster than a SSH #1 that I flipped at the same time. I better like her, cause that's all I have to flip in the next 2 wks.

The ssh1 I'm running next to her I fed a lil bit more N during the stretch/early flower, and I think she'll pay me back. She looks a good bit better (bigger) than the plant in the green pot did at ~6wks.

Yo MrMr. Gonna probably use t-111 (outdoor wood siding that I have in the basement) and cover it with B+W. It will be too far to really reflect much now (~5'+ from the lightbulb) but with the 1k that's coming, it will reflect nicely. Gonna pick up another roll of mylar too. I LOVE that 2ml mylar. This is the 3rd time I've taken it down and put it up. I messed with the 1 mil once, and it would tear and crinkle. I'm trying to avoid having to cut that siding with the hand saw, so it will probably be a hobo/patchwork job on that wall. :D

10 fer 10 in 48hrs with the ssh f2's. Looks like the kelp does give a lil kick start.
