2 ways to look at this.

1. I have a stale blunt that I will be lucky to roll properly, no matter how much hot breath it gets.

OR

2. Yay! I have enough tree to go ahead and kick my day off with a lil blunt!

I went with #2 :)

Hey Bud. You would be fine with peat, perlite, castings, lime and cow+chickenshit in 5 gallon pots in the sun :^) That will grow some jam bud. I suggest that you pick up a bottle of molasses (now), and either bonemeal or P guano (both fast acting, organic P sources) to topdress with in flower (6wks from now). Kelp and LK are just 'health tonics' that ensure that the plant/rootzone isn't starving for micros, K, and sugars. They also stimulate rootzone activity from microbes, but castings and manure and chickenshit do too. I think people stay away from chicken/cow shit inside cause it can smell. I have plenty of chickenshit and chicken feathermeal in my All Purpose (AP) dry fert (espoma bio-tone). Miracle grow organic 'all purpose' is 7-1-2, and is chickenshit and feathermeal mostly. I can get big bags of dehydrated OR composted cow manure for ~5 bux ea, and they will be going in my compost pile once it starts cooking a bit (April, lol)

Some dry shots of the PBG13f2. I cut her a lil early, but it is still 'tunnel vision' smoke. Not crazy strong, but it is different from my hazes, and has a great pine/lemon/cleaner/yankee candle 'ocean' or 'fresh' or something. The lil bit I have is going into a jar today.

With all the organic goodies, you don't need plant food/drops. The plant eats the chickenshit/cowshit/castings instead of the nasty chemicals in the plant drops. For the plants you are keeping outside, a bukkit (1, 3, 5 gallon, whatever) and that bottle of molasses. Big glob of molasses in the bottom (1-2tablespoons per gallon, a 'quick glob' is close to 1 tablespoon) then just water. No Ph no food no nothing. For the indoor plants, an empty milk gallon is handy to feed/measure. I just glob the molasses in the jug, fill with water (I add LK or kelp, but no biggie) and shake the crap outta it. I try to get as much dissolved air/o2 into the water as possible in the milk jug. I shake it, then I shake it, then I put it in my other hand and shake it... then before I pour it in, I shake it again... Whenever you water, make sure the temp of the water is close to room/ambient temp.

Once you mix up the soil, you will feed them by putting some chickenshit and some bonemeal and some castings on the surface of the pots every 2-3 weeks or so. Nothing is easier. Just mix molasses and water every time :)

ooooooo Fasho haha if i had a milk gallon n put the molasses in n waterd once a week how long would this last? of course the waters gunna b gone in a couple waterings but should all the molasses b gone too?

jus don't wanna water n then end up lookin in the container n seein it still got molasses haha would think i did something rng rite

just don't wanna over/under do nething u kno

Edit: b4 i forget hey did u ever make that container u was tellin me about cus its still rainy n cold over here i here it's gunna get sunnier in a week to to weeks but wer gettin the clones by th 25 so i need keep the babies warm n outa tha rain...

The molasses will dissolve in the water when you stir it/shake it. Just mix it up, water your plants and if you have leftover, pour it in the garden/lawn. Molasses is like 2 bux a bottle, and a bottle makes lotsa gallons. All the shit I grow, I use ~ a bottle of molasses ( I get Briar rabbit full flavored) every month or 2. In the summer more, but I feed it to my veggies too.

No, I was THINKIN about it this morning, then I got to takin bud pix, then smokin the buds.. I have to get this horible gas pain to go away, then go work on my real room. I will be building a lil box real soon, though.

Briar Rabbit full flavored hmmmm i gotta c if we got that around here sounds legit hah

N fasho but damn i'm kinda worried that its not gunna get warm enuf quick enuf

we jus got hit wit a storm this last week n its been ~50s at average n really stormy(not complain we need the water)but i'm not sure if the babies r gunna b able to stay alive in the weather its supost to get warmer in a week or 2 i've herd

i think i mite wait til late march early april to get mine so we don't loose em all for bein stupid

Any suggestions n my bad for askin hella ?'s on ur thread should i start another 1?

Nah bro, ask away :) This is a place to talk about and look at growing weed :)

If the sun is strong, and you can bring plants in at night, you can start now, no problem. If you are putting them in the ground, you have to wait, but you can start them in pots now if you want (and can bring them in at night).

Got the can on the ceiling. It wasn't that tough to get it up...

Hehe get it up... It was more of a pain to locate the studs and mount those brackets than hang the can. I'll have to replace it sort of soon anyway. But you can see where the grow is moving. Gonna go ghetto framing, and possibly get a wall hung up. I have to cut ~10" off of the (10'+ worth of) t-111 with a 20 y/o fukkin hand saw.

Bar the Builder

Bar the Builder haha

lookin good nice craftmanship :D

N koo sounds good we shuld b getting more sunlight this week hoping for the best how long shuld i bring em inside for at nite tho?

i don't want to end up forcin them into bud wen ther too small

N i think i gots my pot mixes n feedings found out i'ma try n make a calendar to help not foget

i've made this simple list but i'm not sure how much of wat i should use i'm goin to try n get 5 gallon pots but they may vary from 4-8 gallons if i end up using ones i find at the house

5 gallon Pot Mix:

peat

perlite

worm castings

chickin shit

dolomite lime

Feeding:

chicken shit

castings

bonemeal

every 2-3 weeks

water with

molasses

i jus gota figure how much of each n how much i'll need in total for 3-4 plants

3-4 plants
4-8 gallon pots

so i'd probly need 20-30 gallons of all that goes in the mix would that sound rite?

i don't even kno if they measure that in gallons tho hah

Hey B', hope you're well, just read your post 'Backwoods Gardening' very good article.
On the subject of bringing plants in and not wanting to force them to flower, do you stick them under a light? Pepè

Hey B !!!

What size and brand is that carbon filter?

I need to get a new one here sometime. I was gonna get a Can33. I don't need anything bigger.

SativaFan

No don't hav any lights pepe if i did i'd probly b havin a indoor grow rite now not enuff room or money for one at the moment tho

true hmmmm i gotta see i'm still tryin to figure out if wer gunna bring em in the garage everynite for flowerin or in this lil shed.....so i gotta figure out how i could use a light in either u think jus a lamp or desk lamp wit bendable neck work?

Yeah that's what i was thinking BubBo, well if a crack of light through a door will f*** up the flowering it must stop it altogether with a desk lamp or such, shouldn't it? I was planning to start some out the back and bring them in at night because of the frost but like yourself don't want full flowering till later. Pepè

yea that sounds rite i honestly wouldn't kno seein that this is my 1st grow but that sounds like it makes perfect sense n good luck on ur grow if i'ma b doin the same thing as u thatd b cool to see them end around the same time

Yo Pepe, I have never had the opportunity to have plants out so early, so I really didn't think of that. I don't see why hanging a cfl near the plant for a few hours a day wouldn't work? A friend of mine had a s.cough that he was forcing in his yard. It was shielded from sight by 2 tight rows of corn, and a nice thick shield of tomatoes on a trellis. It kept re-vegging on him and he couldn't figgure out why. Turns out the 'bright white' porch light 13w cfl 30-40' away (and 'through' the shade of the veggies) was fukkin the plant up. He was covering it ~6pm and uncovering once it was dark. The sky started to get light ~5:30am @ that time.

Damn, I need to burn...

"Dis that goot weet..."

Wo-Ha!

I think you see where I'm going with the room.

Yo, Bud, SF :^)

SF, that's a no-name (carbonaire?) filter from plantlightinghydroponics.com. It has 40lb of carbon, and was ~$120. 6" flange.

Pakalolo 39 days. The lil seedplant in the pakalolo bukkit is a girl. I'm gonna pollinate the top, and if possible, I'll try to take clones from the bottom. The shoots may just start to turn into calyxes. She's not getting any light consideration.

Pakalolo.
