Hiya,

Nice b you been biz as usual man...i was away for a couple of days and return to see all that!!!...lovin the late outdoor plants wow...how darks that SPICE...sugary as 2...my next outdoor strain without doubt after seeing your various work with..

yes that patch looks very empty...use to hold those mwids 2 i do beleive?

btw man, what fudge are Nanners?...big saggy nanna arms:D or something?

Go hard mate, yes you must be late into the fall over yonder, our season has started now, or about 2 weeks ago, ive been veging some tnr plants for about 5 weeks now, these giants can produce up to 1kg im told, thats providing they get enough food etc though,

I can tell you didnt get to feed the plants, clones in these photo's as the buds and arms havent filled out properly have they, and if they dont get enough cover from winds the buds go all leafy and not very compact,

Thats why i choose to dig out spaces in the middle of bush broom or gorse, you probably dont have gorse bush in your country,? more an english thing,

Keep an eye on that pretty purple one, a frost might kill it and the whole thing will turn purple, stalk in all, take care man and be carfull out there aye.

Hey thanks guys :) Yeah, my season is pretty much over. I THOUGHT it was over last wk, but I tripped on these 3 zips... The 'found' plants are down. They both had a decent amoung of mold, but less than I thought in the field. The Shit is RESISTANT.

Repeat: Shit was MOLD RESISTANT.

The buds are short, but thick and frosty. Some spots had mold, but it only 'took over' in 1 spot. I was able to just trim most of the mold off, it didn't 'penetrate' to the stems. The Spice took it a lil worse, but still less than 20% loss. These plants needed to be pulled ~10 days ago at the LATEST. I would suggest EVERYONE who reads this gets a pack of Shit for outdoors. Get a pack of ssh for indoors, but that's another story... She fits the bill for EVERYBODY outside. Heavy, sexy, quick, and DANK.

I dunno the names of the plants in my area. I look for diversity, and then I check the dirt. Then I find a spot with exposure. The spot with the patches was THE JAM. I pulled up the native grasses, and worked the soil by hand. It was like str8 earthworm castings. The root masses on those plants were HUGE. I did drop ~50lb of hottish compost into each 'patch', but I only topdressed ~10lb of dry organics TOTAL bet. the 2 patches during the season. Ima get shots of the stalks when I pull the SuperSpice (by Nov 1).

Yeah, Gm, so far, each strain/pack of MrNice beans have been IDEAL in many situations. The MangoWidow cut that I had was probably my most commercially viable plant: STRONG, stinky, frosty, nice sized plants 9/10 wks w/no veg. I just didn't enjoy it, soooo... But SSH, Shit, or Spice could be commercial plants too ;-) I'm actually looking for the MW structure and STRENGTH with that lemon pledge haze effect/taste that I remember from "the dude's" sister. I put the last 3 that I had in veg into bloom today, but I have no flowers on the MWD's (MW x dude) yet. The last G/sk is holding out as to what it wants to be, lol. I also put in 2 SSH #4 clones w/1 wk veg. I have a bush a few wks in, but I wanna see what she does as a sog plant. SSH is CAKE to clone.

Indoor SuperSpice Runt pheno. From clone, in soil, dry organics, 81days, no veg, 3.4l pot blahblahblah...

Sho the damn pix barletta

Same pheno, seedplant, outdoors, cut Oct 2. Put out with ~5lb of compost, and 3 lb of dry organic 5-3-3 (2% soluble N) AP fert. Fed ~2 times w/age-old bloom (2 gal). YUM.

I have some of the indoor ~77days, 2 wks cure, and it is DELICIOUS. This cut DOES need a cure, but, oh baby. Haze effect...

I guess I had a problem with my pic software because I resized those pics???

Whatever. Here are some shots of the OutBack SuperSpice. I cut her ~Sept 29, 2wks early, but STINKY...(why I cut her)

Im envious of your spice barletta. I actually tried like hell this season to get the Spice up and running. After 30 + seeds failed to germinate, I finally got one to crack and do something for me. Then it was eaten by a predator. Such as life.

At that point, it was near the mid point of the year and I had no plants to show for my efforts. (And believe me, I tried hard). So I decided to make something of the year, if only minimal, which was to make some seed at the very least for the future season. Turns out Ive got a shit load of haze hybrids drying over in the corner.

Cant complain at all :D

But your spice is nice dude, looks more like a blackberry spice than anything else.

Do you plan on giving her some more air time in the future? Or are you moving on?

gday b,

Yeah love the look of the superspice,i can see the cross i reckon after looking so much at the two varietys lately!

also check what i saved a while back:)....beleive it was the 1 u mentioned?...that'll do me well i reckon.cheers

J - :D Spice is nice. :D I have no clones, as I lost the last one after I flipped the momma. I was kicking around re-vegging her, and actually decided not to. Then I found these plants, and figgured I'd give a re-veg a shot. PRIMO outdoor buds. I have her crossed to just about every male that I've had, so even if I lose her, I'll be bringing her back. Spice is on my short list of seeds to run. They were the seeds that turned me onto Mr. Nice. I'd like to keep her around at least until the spring. Then I can get a few in the ground, and decide what I wanna do. I would regret losing her this time next year if I didn't end up with some PURPLE headstash. So, yeah. I'm chopping the 1 down below 2moro AM. She has a nice 'immature bud' down under the canopy that should re-veg. She spent 8 wks in a 2 gallon, so no root issues, I hope. I re-vegged the same cut seedplant in ~April NO PROBLEM.

Gm - That's the girl. She is gone, but her kids are all in 12/12... I hope she treats you right. :)

Those superspices (Spice x ssh male1) are really killer. I have ~25 more emergencies that I wanna run (SuperSpice and ssh f2), but I will be 'working' that seedline. EVERY plant has been killer. I dunno if I wanna go toward the indica side (fast, frosty, funky) or the Sativa side (lime haze smoothie). But I figgure that I will have seen ~15-20 females (and 10-15 ssh f2 fem's) by the time I get through the 'emergencies'. I'll have a good idea which plants I want to look for by then. I have maybe 50-75 separated superspices left.

B!,

Hey need any 'worker bees':) for that line?:D;)...look forward to seeing more there as well!.Also funny that lil dilemma if we can call i that(indy or sativa side)...BOTH sound sweet you know

ps cheers as well for the MW love:D...as i said something like that will do very nicely.cant wait

cheers

Hey Gm. I don't need any help JUST YET, but if it is OK w/Shanti (he is MrNice, after all) when the first (incross, I suppose) seeds get made, I'd love for my friends to give me feedback. Even when I show people dry buds that I have seen/smelled/loved since day 1, sometimes they say something like 'tangerine peels' that I NEVER thought. So when I have:

1. An idea of what I want ~May at the earliest (I have to see at least 15 mor5e females)
2. Multiple suitable males/females. ~Summer
3. Seeds - Hopefully in time for y'all to run NEXT summah down undah.

I'm a Sativa guy, but this indy heavy pheno is ROCKING me. Eerily similar to the ecsd x laconf. Right now it has less 'distinguishable' or 'complex' smells, but the same FUNK. I DO have this nice big SSH f2 batch in the making, so I have 'sativa' covered (DAMN straight I'ma 'work' those. Get that little, fast, hazy pheno outside...) Well, I have mucho 'runt' pheno (most sativa dom of my 6 so far), a good bit of an Indica leaner (D or E), and a good bit of the 'tweener' (B? MAYBE C or A?) to do some RnD on. I also have an unknown cut (either indica or tweener) ~10 days into 12/12 now. I'm thinking more and more about that indica plant as I type. Heavy from seed, and the clone was NICE. Hmmmm.... Now I wish I had some 'definite' SuperSpice seeds going.

I put in 2 SSH #4 clones (sog) today. 1 gallon cocomix. I'm dropping 5 c99 x hashplant f2's (not my cross), and 5 pakalolo x ssh tonite. Looking to see what I get. If I get a male with either: FUNK or HAZE before flower, I'll cross him to my current pakalolo#1. That plant is taking on this crazy sweet tropical sativa smell. The pakalolo's are almost 7weeks since first flower, and at the current rate, I have 2 months left. I'm in no hurry if they smoke like tha last ones. Unfortunately, I kept the last ones in 2l pots, and kinda neglected them (I WAS running SSH, and they WERE $16 nirvana OFFSHOOT seeds). I still got over 200 seeds and a Half from one under flouro's, and over an oz from the other - whom I BABIED after I saw what she was...:D

If you are keeping score, I topdressed everybody except the MMG and SSH#1 with kelp, rock phosphate, and greensand 2day. Some of the younger plants got doubled up on the kelp and a pinch of N guano. LOL, I made a lot of room this week...

Oh, 2 bagseed plants - 2 of the DARK, SHINY leaf'd plants - went herm. No balls, but NAN-NERS. Now I have to watch the last one like a hawk. It will go. I am 3 for 3 from that batch now. The first one was tolerable, but these esplotet, pappo. I did help them along by going in and out of the grow room maybe 10-15 times during the dark cycle to 'mess' with drying plants. Never for more than a minute, and it was just secondary light from an adjacent room (didn't flip on the ol 70w flouro). None of my Mr Nice plants had issues, and the 2 'strains' that I've had herm issues with in the past (mmg, kaliC) had herm issues. MMG, KaliC, Honeymoon, Cannaloupe, SweetHaze, Orange D., baggage. I've had bananas from MrN Spice and SSH AFTER they were ripe. Not a herm issue.

Going out to get the last SuperSpice and the scraps 2moro. They are talkin about 27 deg tonite, and last night was under 31 for 4 hours. I noticed that my peppers were hurting today, leaves felt rubbery, didn't find the sun like they usually do ~11am Wow, I just checked, and it's 32deg EARLY. Probably won't start to warm up for ~8 hrs. Summer OFFICIALLY ends 2moro.

heya b:)...lemme just knock a couple down so i can soak all this up!:D

Firstly...theres a patch of dirt with x marked already when things ready;)....Im down please.

Also interesting to hear of the strains that hav caused herm issues, sounds like some common thread weith them there, maybe?,i'm not quite sure what though..

Doh!,man touch off summer sadness there too do i detect?...looks like a bizy lil winter/year ahead though for you anyway!...dont let ythe keyboard get to frozen;) ect mate...

lol ;ps forgot to say that was funny when you mentioned about the od jar in the woods!...hope shes all good still?

Well, I went to bed after doing this:

So I decided to call it a summer. I pulled the last 1/2 SuperSpice, and took ~10g from the other sticks that were left out there. They were dead, and drying on the stalks. They may have died 2 nights ago, as they were getting pretty dry (I should only need ~4 more days as it is all wispy).

What do you call a hot chick that grows her own Shit? Roadkill Fox.

The trunk on the SuperShit. I pulled all of the rootballs today, so that if a hunter stumbles across it, I don't end up growing for HIM next yr. Monster Roots. The plants were very happy.

Ok, I couldn't find those c99/hp f2's (only looked a few min...). Soooo I dropped some PineBud x g13 (gn03) f2's that I made, along with some pakalolo x ssh, Ima call em Superlolo. SEXY striped lil seeds...

The pbg13 female was a very tasty, sexy indy dom hybrid. She got tall with tasty lil buds done @11wks 12/12 (seedplant, prolly 9wks from 1st flowers). The dad was a neglected lil shit. He had a lil indica/fuelly funk, but no pine. My buddy's buddy grew some of these f2's, and found some nice plants. I heard. Would have been nice to TASTE some...

The pakalolo mom was the least 'hazy' of the pakalolo's that i've seen. Still quite sativa dom. Cheesy/skunky/sweet. Same dad as the SuperSpices.

I'll see if I can dig up pix. :)

Yo P. :) I have a feeling that it was over quick for this guy. Check those teeth. Every time I look at the pic, I'm drawn to the teeth. I look (then look away) at the eye, and 'turkeyneck', but the teeth are cool. It was ~ as big as my ~35-40lb skinny pit (shaped more like a tough bird dog). She's my Publicita...

An Hour of Power

8:45 - Wake up with a jabbing behind left eyeball and in the 240-360 deg portion of the left temple feels like it caught the business end of a Timberland. Apply pressure to the temple, base of the skull, and protruded nerve ~2" behind temple. Try to go RIGHT back to sleep.

9:00 - Sleep is not happening. Drink ~32oz (well)water. 'Comfy' clothes (fresh socks, underwear, soft pants, tshirt, sweatshirt, etc...) WORKING the pressure points on my head. Minimal relief. 5 min later eat 2 uncoated excedrin (tylenol/asprin/caffiene, 250/250/65mg per pill) w/a lil water. Back to bed (comfort). Pain ~5, but a 'crusher' is coming...

9:15 - Wandering around, can't sit still. Face NUMB, and leaking from the left eye, nostril, and side of the mouth. Blowing the shit outta my nose seems to dull the pain for the time that I'm blowing. Applying more pressure than is nec. to the 'big nerve', with no relief. Open the grinder, and get some GROUND (what falls through) indoor (Shit/Spice). Pack 2 big hits, first one, cough balls, nothing. 2nd one, cough balls, after the cough, SOME relief. Not the pressure release, but actually a lil 'dulling' of the 'jabbing' pain. Pain peaked ~7. (7= can't sit still, focus to make coffee/pack a bowl/etc..., teeth grinding ~5 second 'waves', but calmer periods of ~10-20 seconds between, generally starting to look for a place to 'cry it out' if it is a '7 and rising'.)

9:30 - Steady, strong headache on 1/2 my head. Excedrin starting to work, Lying on the couch with the big blanket, all the dogs sleeping right on the floor by me (they know what's up) close enough to rub bellys. Face and left side (hand, shoulder, lower leg) numb, but in a relaxed way. Mentally, I think I sense the pain retreating a LITTLE, and it's ALL good.

9:45 - Pain 90% gone, coffee brewing, orange diesel broken up. I still have a lil numbness and a 'sore' nerve (Ima go find the name of that nerve, and a pic). I will feel hungover (with a similar headache) until probably 2-3pm or if I nap sooner. But if I nap, I run the risk of fukking up my sleep schedule, which helps the headaches...

If you ever meet someone who says they get 'bad headaches', don't dismiss them. All of my former bosses (except for the 1 who's hubby got headaches like me) blew off my headaches when I would go face down @ work. It was prolly pretty funny to an observer, a boss kind of riding an (obnoxious, PRODUCTIVE, put $$$ in boss' pocket) employee. Employee will not pick his head up from the 'bombs over Baghdad' position, but is almost screaming at the boss to "leave me the fuck alone!" - on an open, public sales floor...:D I actually used to draw a lil relief from that. I was in a 'blue' state, and used to think - "Yeah, fire me for getting one of these headaches. AND next year you can start paying for my degree..."

Got a lot to do today, and I'm gonna snap a few pix (not of trimming), so check back in!:)

Whats with all the roaches? i hate touching those fuckers.
