no light leaks or timer stuff, ph issues might be (because i always use the same old used organic soil... but all my plants have to live with that and mostly do).
Last time i measured it was round about 6.5 - 7.
I'm a friend of keep it simple and imagine the stress an outdoor plant has...
compared to mother nature in my tent it should be an easy living ;)

I still prefer if the males stay strong and doesn't show any weeknesses ;)

the girls are fine.

Gardeningwise I really like the strain so far!
The flower development seems to be very compact and i like the dense smaller hairs.
Can't wait to see the resin production starting.

It's just a little bit sad that my males are pussies...

What i forgot to check if they hermed just at the top.
Some passed my LED and the tops stayed kind of in the dark lets say.
but BW_E did it as well and stayed always under the LED.

If you look a bit closer you'll see some brown hairs on the widows.
Not many but i did some friendly pollination by rough handling.

The trichome production is already in full swing.
So far one of the smaller ones BW_K (center bottom) shows them the most.

As you can see there are not many nutrients left.
So in the next run i will add some poultry dung pellets again.
BW_A is almost finished, i think i will harvest her this week already.
Most of the other girls need at least 1-2 weeks more.

She seems to be the white pheno i was looking for.
Unfortunately she is one of the smallest, but i really like the budstructure and the resin production.

I fight them since two runs already and really hate them allot ;(

The lower yield might not matter once you smoke her. She could be killer!

If the smoke is top shelf+, you could always supercrop or lst her. Get a solid "sheet" of white frosted drops from heaven. 😇

BW_K has an awesome trichome production and is the most beautiful girl in my opinion.
I have her in the next run too (in a bigger pot), together with some Bubble Gum (Serious Seeds).
Btw: on the last picture you can find a little thrips, i still didn't get rid of them...

I would say the Widows have something fruity in general.
J has some higher notes (very little citrus i guess) and K seems to be a bit rounder/darker with some sweet lower notes.
During Stem rub I have the feeling its a bit of onion or sweet onion.
Interesting smells i didn't have till now ;)

I keep you posted about the BW_K project.
Btw, i have many Black Widow F2 seeds now.
Each plant delivered some, in total round about 100 i guess.
Maybe i test some BW_K F2 seeds as well in the near future.
I want to lock that White Widow Trichomeproduction trait and see it in all widows that i grow ;)

Right now i have other problems...

I was so happy about the males and how they smelled so far.
Yesterday i wanted to pollinate the females...
Guess what, 4 out of 5 males showed hermaphrodite traits.

The good thing is that at least one male seems to be the fine and i didn't find any herm on the females so far.
Sad is that f.e. BW_E and some others showed already some resin on the top leaves.
Thats a trait which is usually harder to find on males...
BW_C & F produced really allot of flowers and the smell was very intense.

BW_G, the only clean guy is not the biggest producer lets say.
Smaller and tiny flowers, the aroma is kind of onion but less compared to f.e. C and F.

What do you think about the situation?
Any experience with widow males and herms?
The seeds would be fems i guess?

I thought the widow males are winners ;)
Maybe they didn't like my treatment, but at the same time its not the first time i did this.
I keep watching BW_G in the coming days/weeks.
If he stays straight forward I'm happy.
