hey minarvi, nothing but love here! so don't nobody trip! besides, even if they turn out not to b eQ's, it'll b a good laugh for all! and i take my laughs wherever i can..
Yeah, I like a good laugh too, life’s too short to be taken seriously, haha.
Anyway, until proven otherwise I’ve decided to assume that I did not make a mistake in labelling my plants and that the pics I’ve posted previously are in fact Early Queens and not White Widows. In fact I’m sorry I brought it up but, as we all know, shit happens.
The pic below was taken yesterday, 9 days after the pic in post #30. The 2 larger plants were pruned again since that pic was taken and the clone in the front left has almost caught up in height. I don’t intend to prune the plants again and await commencement of flowers with my supply of potash at the ready to give them a boost. It’s a pity I’m unable to grow them to maximum height as my eventual yield will be less than they are capable of but there’s nothing I can do about that.
I haven’t mentioned what I feed my plants so here goes. In my experience pot is the easiest of plants to grow and will thrive with the minimum of assistance but there is many a grower who manages to kill them with kindness. My garden beds have been improved over time with plenty of compost and an annual heavy mulching and I can get good results with minimal feeding. When I plant them out each plant is given a generous handful of both blood and bone and dolomite followed by an occasional feed of fish emulsion. As soon as the onset of flowers is detected they get weekly hits of soluble potash until around a fortnight off harvest and the only other thing I do for them is water regularly and stand back and wait.
Fingers crossed hoping these girls get the chance to be grown to maximum maturity.
