Hey Smoke On,
Thanks for taking the time to read my posts!
Yes, the photos on the main page are of my girl (well, the 2nd photo definitely is of this pheno. I can't remember which phenos the other 2 photos were of...

) It's something that gives me at least a bit of pride (oh the small joys which make it all worthwhile for the little people like me....)
I found my keeper in just 1 pack of seeds. I'm not sure if there will be one that perfect in EVERY pack but maybe.... The other plants were mostly very similar in taste, some slightly less sweet, some slightly more skunky. The highs ranged from VERY strong but too indica for me to pretty hazy. All the plants grew in similar ways, with some yielding slightly less because they came in quicker. The skunkier ones are slightly less single cola dom. The thing is this one was a 'goldilocks' pheno - just right on each spectrum (taste, sweetness, length of flower, yield, high etc.)
I reckon there will be something special in every pack but as I only grew out 1 pack I can't promise that...
2 more growers received cuts of her yesterday, as well as my friends, Joe King Park, and Billy Liar. I'm sure JKP, Stic (who also has a cut) and BL will give honest assessments as they grow her out. As for the other 2 growers, 1 owns a growshop deep in Cheese territory (Bedfordshire, less than 15 miles from where Cheese was first found) and the other usually grows a variety called 'Armageddon' which I haven't heard of but the name says it all, really.
So Grover's Critical Haze Keeper is up against some stiff competition (Cheese, Armageddon and whatever JKP, Stic and BL have in their vaults...) Let's see what the reports are in a few months time! (Actually both JKP and BL have experience with this variety so they will know what they are talking about..)
My advice, give this variety a go - if only for that lemon-metal flavour of joy.
