Hello fellow gardeners
Besides being a pot head , I’m a tea head as well. From all the white, yellow, green and black teas I’ve explored over the years , Pu erh Shou fermeted is the best I found and I rarely drink anything else now.
It’s lower in caffeine than other teas (them self's lower than coffe) but it makes up for it manyfolds. Tea is gentle and profound , compared to coffe . Pu erh - much more so.
The cinese are very clever people , and they devised in the 70’s a fast , wet fermentation process that produces Shou . Sheng , on the other hand, is the ancient, natural , very very slow way of ferm. I like that very much . But I love Shou.
I was thinking maybe try that with bud…. I don’t know ..
The tea method is to wet the dry leaves, pile them up, cover, stir once in a while , according to inside temperature and finaly pressing them in to cakes (in which a slower fermentation will continue).
Anybody heard / did something similar with weed?
