How absolutely beautiful!!

There's one pic with a ray of light coming down from the left to the right, hell, all of them are fantastic!! That, my friend, is how magic is grown!!! Keep up the good work my brothers, stay safe and breed carefully, we are waiting with bated breath for the results of your labors!!!!!!!

Hi all......Well we managed to find time now to get the Grail back on track.
Today we sorted through my 2005 stock that I have had growing in small pots and at last have enough good head on them to pick the best of the MM, Oaxacan and MM x Oaxacan crosses, also selection was done on the Mendo Girl, MM x WW and Oax x WW, all these will now be put under 24hr light to reveg. We will start the seed from the plants that Nev tested when he first arrived from the MM and Oaxacan and these will be worked into the above plants. The NH F1 are about to go under lights and selection will be made on them late winter, spring.
We have also spent time on the Kariba Surprise and have chosen 2 pheno's to cross to a NH F1 male, the early one and the later one that is still going.
Some thing else that we found today was a male that is NL#5 dominant. The thing about this male is it is one of the most resinous that Nev has ever seen and in all of the NL#5 he has grown he said was extremly rare.
The MM that Bushy posted in the above pics of mine is a strain I have been working on for awhile now and has really impressed Nev and it is this plant that we will put this male over......for you indoor growers, you are going to love this one as it has huge buds, little leaf and with the addition of this male will give you some thing that will blow you away:D
I will try and get some pics tomorrow on all these strains I have mentioned.
Also we have spent a bit of time trying the Mango Haze pheno's and we both think that this is a awesome strain and would recomend everybody giving it a go.....Nev is very impressed on the work SB has done on it and is definitely going to be included in a few projects.
Some people are probably wondering what has happend to the Airbourne G13, Colombian Gold and Acupulco Gold X Afghani Haze that we also had started and were from different growers. Well these are about to be tested as we now have enough good bud to smoke and taste test.....so news on those will be out soon:D
Ok that is about it for now and once again we would like to thank everybody for being patient and also not letting this thread wander off track as others have done.....More news later....K

Edit....I would also like to add that Nev and I got to sample some of Mullaway Mans wares at the Nimbin Festival and although mostly Indica based strain we were impressed and I am sure we will have some samples to show at a later date.
To people who dont know who he is, he is a Indigenous legal medical MJ grower, the only one actually and his work with tinctures and giving them away to people in need is a example of the type of person he is.
This one is for you Moosy.....Never get a coffee off this man as he cant tell the difference between salt and sugar !!!
Told you I would get you back....Lol

Hi Kanga,

Thanks for the updates - I always enjoy reading about the progress and appreciate the amount of work you guys are putting in up there. All the testing sounds fun but I know there's also a lot of elbow grease going into things in between!

I bet the NL5 dom male put a smile on Nev's face! With the quality of all the sativas in the mix, I expect he was starting to get focussed on finding the right bit of indica to blend into the mix that would be in the same class.

Thanks for the updates Kanga.

Nimbin Festival?

That is so awesome! What a coincedence. I was in the bookstore just last friday, and I was perusing a book called Cannabible 2, I had never seen it before but it had a bunch of really beautiful pictures, and a whole section dedicated to Australia, and the Nimbin Festival. First time I heard of it. It struck a chord with me because of Bushweed's Nimbin Purple. Anyway, there were some pics of some patches in that book that really reminded me of you and Bushweed.

Hats off to all you Australians! Looks like you folks really know how to kick it off. The Nimbin Festival looks so like so much fun...

I'm sitting here 3 hrs after smoking a Mango Haze joint and just starting to come down. I've been drumming and dancing and singing and my heart is skipping a beat of joy. This is absolutely top class smoke...

This MH female has that unique Mango bouquet do you folks know it? Complex fruity & floral with an undertone of citrus. I associate it with the high end of the weed market in Amsterdam, but ironically its a flavor that was coming out of Main Arm at perhaps the same time Shanti lived in there in '89 (funny init?) that stuff was sublime and lent a salubrious air, but it wasn't half as strong as this.

This Mango started flowering 6 weeks before the others and was a small, unremarkable looking plant ...

but she's Fire!! grab your hose man!!

ps Kanga: the MMxWW x Mango Haze seeds came from this female;)

I'm off to puff some more...

there ain't half been some clever bastards:D

fuck, I'll be turning into Hempy if this keeps up:D

Hey Kanga, I still feel dreadful giving you that coffee that had salt instead of sugar in it lol. I guess it was poetic justice that I had to taste it as well.
Guys, seeing Nev and Kanga sitting around chilling with Mullaway was simply the very best. I always knew that once the Aussie breeders were connected up again, that great things would come from it.
Thanks to you Kanga, we are destined to achieve great things.

Hey Moosy dont give me the credit, you are the one who put it all together.
So from both of us thank you !!

Ok here are some pics of the NL#5 dom male and the MM he will be put over.
This MM was under lights until around January and then put outside in the ground....as you can see didnt get to big, except for the buds and no mold anywhere:D
Taste test will be coming soon.
