Hey guys, its been a while since my last update and a lot happened. So first i ended up in hospital with a tilted pelvis and a few dislocated vertebra but thats not all. So in the first week of my recovery a construction company started drilling in 120 piles about 40 meter from my block. But the foundation of this building dates back to 1853 so that drilling did not end up well so now there's a lot of damage in about 7 houses and appartments including mine. Nothing major here besides outside and in the basement, but still, damage. So the housing corporation sent an expert that i pretty much had to let in that had to check EVERY SINGLE ROOM AND WALL in all apartments affected to check if it still was safe enough to stay here...
So here we were, just released from hospital, Holy Smokes in week 11 and no place to go for them. I pretty much had to dump them because they had to get out that very same day, the expert was coming and there was no way around it.
But then in a clear moment, i remembered my neighbour told me once she had grown with 2 lights in the basement a long time ago. She was on the phone in the garden so i asked her to wave me when she was done. So she did and i explained her the situation. I knew the expert had already been at her place so it was a save option and really closeby. And she said of course Jahnova, no problem! I will leave the door to the basement open and do your thing tonight.
What an angel! It was going to be a lot of work as i had no help and was adviced to walk 30 minutes a day max but i pretty much had no choice but to do it. And so i did...
Had to wait til 02.00 both nights (out and back in the next day) as it was hot as hell so people were chilling outside until late. So i ended up in bed 04.30 both nights but the plants are still alive and the expert did his thing so hopefully we're done now with the bullshit. I am too old for this lol.
The plants did take a beating (broken buds, light case of mildew on 2 from being in a moisty basement) but still it is so much better than dumping all in the trashcan because some construction company screwed up your place.
So here we are, day 87 and the first plant is going to bite the dust tonight.
It is Holy Smoke#8, has nice spear-like buds that are extremely solid. Has natural late flower purple for maximum bag appeal. Perhaps the loudest smelling of the lot. Crazy resin production too. I'm usually not a fan of the 'faster types', but this one had my attention for a while. Pretty sure she will be a good smoke too...
