What are YOU smoking today? (PICTURES)

Just a bit of ASH from last run. It's kinda hazy, kinda sweet, kinda spicey. Other than that the taste and smell are hard to describe. I wish I coulda ran them full term because these have a nice affect to them. Another week or 2 would have made it that much better. It's good stuff.

Today, we have some pre-fire Jack the Ripper! From the hot summer grow. It was harvested a week early.
Jack the Ripper was the first plant that made me feel the True Power of cannabis. Smoked a j of some outdoor and it sent me to bed with blurry vision a racing heart and almost a panic attack. One of those " So strong you think it's laced" kinds. I really wish I had a clone of her from back then. Wow. Hope it's as good as it looks there Schlawiener.

I didn't even want to mention it, as I didn't want to come across as someone who exaggerates. After half a fat joint, I had to put it down—total brain mush. And that was despite it not being grown particularly well. Honestly, I’m hugely impressed—especially considering what it could be capable of with optimal maturity and good growing conditions. It’s definitely something you have to be in the mood for, or perhaps get used to. It left me feeling totally scattered—a sensation I hadn't experienced in a long time. There was also a heightened sense of hearing. The "brain mush" feeling subsided after 20 minutes, leaving a lingering, tingling sensation in my head. The first 20 minutes of the first two joints were actually unpleasant. I’d classify myself as a hardcore smoker with a high tolerance, but this really hit hard—like a train running right through my head! ✌️

So, out of 10 old seeds, 4 actually sprouted—though 3 of those died. The survivor spent a good 7 weeks in the seedling stage before moving into the vegetative phase. I even aerated the soil with an air pump! 🤣 I still have 15 regular Jack The Ripper seeds; the goal is to reach the F2 generation. As for my Querkle seeds, three made it—it was a real struggle to get them going. I actually had to physically tear one embryo out of the seed after soaking it in H₂O₂, using a booster, and cracking the shell; I placed that Querkle embryo on the soil and covered it with a humidity dome. By the next day, it was standing tall, albeit pale. That one might be the crucial male for preserving the genetics and moving to the F2 generation. I’m trying to take everything I own—Vortex, Jack Skellington, etc., all that old "Pre-Fire" stock—to the F2 stage. Everything I grew from TGA was top-notch, across the board! I haven't got a bad word to say about Mr. Nice so far, either—though I’ve definitely done too few grows with them relative to the range available. That said, I did get two exquisite AngelHeart phenos; flavor-wise, they really reminded me of Agent Orange—or were just as exquisite, anyway. ✌️

A cross I made of Tropicana Cherries x Highland Hindu Kush from Indian Landrace Exchange. It's super flavourful and has a tart, cherry/wine, spice, gas and floral notes. This particular hk line has some nice flavors and terps in it. The TC is potent by itslef and the HK add much more depth of flavor. One bowl and its bedtime.
