strain for depression anxiety

Ok, I have a question for you, guys. Every time you take something before sports or exercises don't you feel like you're a cheater? Isn't it better to just find something that motivates you and makes you feel stronger? I mean I was so depressed before I started doing sports. Like I'm no one, didn't achieve anything, and so on. At some point, I realized that I have to do something and I went to a psychologist. It helped me a lot, but I also have told myself that I won't take any drugs or steroids or something. Maybe I'll never be the best cyclist, but at least I'll be happy.

Honestly no because it is still my/your ability which is being used. Meaning you can not do something that you are not capable of because you take something .

If someone has to take some mild pain killers to compete, because of chronic pain, or if someone has to take anti anxiety meds to compete because they are overwhelmed by the social aspect of it, would you consider it cheating? or would you consider it increasing the athlete pool by having them participate?
Steroids and attention enhancing drugs, yeah I get where you are coming from. If someone is taking them to get an edge on someone else, they are cheating

Every third person has experienced an attack of unreasonable anxiety at least once in their life. When anxiety becomes your constant companion, it is difficult or impossible to stop worrying without significant reasons; we may be talking about generalized anxiety disorder.

Unreasonable anxiety is when a person has no external reasons for anxiety, and everything in his life is fine. If you feel and understand that you have just such a condition, then immediately contact a qualified specialist. After all, I have experienced such a problem, and things could have gotten worse if I hadn't gone to https://fherehab.com/depression/treatment .
