good man you could do your own tv show half hour a day and there would still be more to show

you are one of the most productive canna growers i know

keep it up dude

Love yer Mondays (and Thursdays too)

LOL productive = produces MAD pix! No really though, I am about 150% as productive as I was a year ago when I started with the HID's (after a few rounds with 400w of flouro's). It's all in the wrist!

SSH #1 - AKA "Iffy" 3wks
25560S7303659.JPG

SSH #4's 3wks. I may drop this cut. Seems like a light yielding, 9+week non-purpling cut. She is a hungry plant too. The def's on the plant in the square are from her previous life in a LAZY hempy (per, ver, lime, kelp, castings). If it is that close to #5 yield/high-wise, and 5 is fast purple fire, she won't stay.

Love Thursday!

Lol. After the lil issue in veg, I decided to flip the ssh 4 momma. I have rooted cuts, so if I change my mind about running her out, I can keep one. This plant was HUNGRY. The fact that I'm getting cramped in veg, and this plant needed an up pot (IMO. There was no where near enough cal/mag/N in the lazy hempy.) The mix I'm putting her into is as hot as I've made. The inside of the bukkit is WELL over 100degF. I have yet to burn a SSH 4, and it is a hungry plant, IME. This plant had a nice root mass, and is big enough (and hungry enough) to take some hot organic soil. 2wks behind the SSH 5 in this thread (which is 1 wk behind the #1 and other #4's)

Should be a nice big plant in the end. :)

Nice SSH barletta

Cant wait to see this mommy full of buds man.
Regarding SSH and feeding , well I noticed that some SSH phenos can get very hungry esp during early flowering when they grow big and stretch daily. Just listen to the plant and I m sure she ll be a happy girl , like the rest of the ladies in your garden ;)

Hi Barletta,

How have you been doing? Still busy with the garden, lol. Your SSH is doing wonderfully, it seams they are resistant plants as well as productive.

Keep up with the show. Me and the rest of the bunch will be here watching :D

The def's on this plant (mag most likely) are from when she was in the hempy and not really fed. She has shown no problems since the transplant.

Here is a #4 2wks in. I've kept her dry in the hot flowermix (from a relatively unfed hempy), and like mickey D's, she's lovin it. This #4 may yield, due to the larger rootmass goin in, and the better treatment (not soaking the fukkin pot) early after the transplant into a big pot.

The more I think about it, growing in the pots under 1gallon is basically like soiless - Flood every 2-3 days early, then daily when they get big, then every other when they finish. The big pots are - water lightly around the edges every 10 days or so...

A nice big #1 went in over the weekend. That's why I gave up on the Shit re-veg, I wanted that pot to flower in (and she was dying...)

Great job Barletta, someone told me that SSH was a hard to breed strain, but, in your hands, I guess it´s pretty easy...
#1 and #5 five got so many branches... Great job, they look like mini-trees...

cheers

Hi BG :^). I don't think that SSH is any more (or less, lol) difficult than any other strain to grow. The stems are pretty sturdy, she doesn't appear to be either a nute hog or particularly finicky. I assume a more extreme haze pheno would be more touchy, but in 6 plants/cuts, the longest flower plant that I've seen is #1 @ 12 wks, and she is pretty easy to grow...

BuddhaD - Thank you :^). If I would have taken/posted these pix on time (Mon), I'd have agreed. However, today is Wednesday, and #1 has gone from a nice slow yellow to a too quick yellow in the last 2 days. I don't think it's a big deal, but I need this round to yield a lil... So I hit em all with a foliar of PBPsoil + LK.

Sorry for the blurry pix, I didn't realize till I saw em on the puter. These are #4's. The outside plants are 45 days, and the inside one is 19 days. I topdressed this wk (P guano, AP fert, castings, kelp, greensand), so no more food for the older #4's. I MAY give em another foliar with the #1 next wk.

Hi Barletta,

Plants are looking fine, with the exception of the little yellowing. Probably nothing a good foliar feed won’t solve :)

I really like the way you handle a bunch of different strains and crosses at the same time. It remembers me of my own garden in the old days. Always experimenting :D

You’re also a very prolific poster, lol ;)
