these 4 little sisters are very sweet smelling and skunky ,except the small one,she smells like sweet grape jam,i couldnot help myself as I fell in love with this small girl,early on as she show much hybrid vigor as compared to her sisters ,so i pollenated her with one of my very sweet AfghanHaze Males ,i grew from seed gifted to me by my friend , {you know who you are} :D
,i have no idea if the seed will be of quality,but I think it will make a well deserved xmas gift for my annual season of giveing,from my heart,as i could not think of a better thing to give to the grower ,other than the good seed.

hey herb,
thanks man...these little ones are cut and hung to dry...i think these will be my new years eve stash,come what may.
3 are pith filled...but one{the most resinous} is hollow stemmed...and smells like over ripe fruit {she switched back to a vegative cycle in hopes of rejuvenation...}
being she is from skunkman genectics...this line should cross well with some other haze hybrids from shanti genectics later on down the line...{years}

its a personal work in progress ,and since I really enjoy this hybrid im in no hurry to do any thing other than smoke and grow and test and so on.

Scorpion those are some lovely ladies. Do you know what haze was used in the Afghan Haze? On another note I just got my hands on some clones that are going around by me that're called Black Haze. It's Black Widow x Original Haze and to say the least it's something special.

the plants in this thread are grown from F2 seed made from Sam Skunkmans
Original Haze X Skunk#1 F1
the AfghanHaze mentioned in this thread was grown from shantibaba seed and used as a pollen donor to make just a very few seeds from this grape flavord HazeSkunk F2 female.
the smoke from all these girls had a lovely aroma,but i made the right choice ,the grape one is potent too.
 
Well it's a little late for a christmas present so how about Bday?
That grape sounds delicious. How did she smell in bloom? Just grapes or was there a skunk in the room?

Hey Bug, wassup!!!
in bloom she smelled like grape jelly,very distinct smell.The burnt aroma is a powerful Haze aroma...very penetrateing and completely fills the air with a Good Pot aroma...the high is subtle at first then gets stronger as time goes by,if I smoke this then crash,I wake up drunk and disoriented.

excellent party smoke,too bad its almost all gone...

Wow, that's got to be one of the more beautiful looking ohazexskunk buds I've seen, props.

Now you just gotta find a peanut butter strain.

the plants are more fruit
the F1 mom was a very ripe mango,the f2 shows alot of fruit and spice.
when I grow out some of the F3 seed we will see where that leads.
peanut butter,I have smoked some old Oaxaca Mexican that smelled of roasted peanuts.
I will certainly keep a nose out for that one,but to be honest,unless she is super in the effect I would not likely consider that smell.

My friend let me pollenate a lovely g13ww f3 female with the OHSM f2 breeding male I used to make my OHSf3 seed last season,well he just brought over a small bud grown by a third First Time grower that My friend gave the seed too to get him interested in the hobby proper.

well this Home Grown Poly Hybrid was excellent...and it carried the Columbia {incense aroma} the WW flavor and and excellent blend of High/stone /body buzz
needless to say this first timer was pleased with his results and I am very pleased with the F2 male I chose.
the female was chosen because she does not carry the incense trait...
she smells like a sexy woman
Perfumed and Exotic.

just thought Id put that in there for the interested folks.

filled out i would be upset it would have to take another grow to see here character not to mention the smoke test. either way how she smell and smoke the longer she stays curing in the jar or is there any left???

Im smoking some now,but ya need to realize .
This thread was started in 2007.
The previous goal was completed last year {2009} by producing F3 seed stock,an ample supply,but really who ever has enough seed?

The description goes like this
F1 mum, In the baggie,all sticky and warm from inside the pocket,open the bag and the initial smell is fresh Tea Leaves.
The smoke when burned is thick,strong,penetrating GOOD POT Aroma.
I'm from the 70's so that to me is Colombian Gold/Redbud.
The taste is Thai,savory sweet and sour Mango

F2 mums, which is what I am puffing now,from last season.
Fully seeded,resonated,sweet,Haze Dominant smoke,great for putting a smile on a gloomy face,really takes the sting out of my back when I rise each day.
Damn fine Herb!

F3...well I'll let ya know when I plant them.

over all I am well pleased with the results,you should be so lucky,

here is a small purple flower still curing out some.
from the OHS 3rd generation seed.
as per Nevil's description of the Budda Thai having a leathery smell,well this plants fits that perfect.
The large caylxe flowers turned purple from early cold weather,a seed sibling did not,but she did not smell of leather,she smelled more of a sweet original haze plant,and has more of that incense aroma.

this plant has the sweet original haze taste and aroma and a very pleasant relaxing euphoria.
the leathery/purple sibling is much rough,harsher,but sweet. I believe this will mellow out with time and a good cure.
both plants smelled of Cinnamon while hanging and drying. ;)

I've never been around any of the Haze strains to be honest. Your look very nice. I saw where you said they smell skunky. Do you mean like the old school skunk from back in the day?
 
i have a few packs of these i got as freebies. Heard many places/times these produce awesome plants. Gonna have to give them a go soon... Nice pics BTW
