Not recieving emails when bidding on Auctions

The title is pretty self explanatory. For the last several months I haven't recieved any emails when placing bids on auctions, nor emails from auctions when paying for an order. I'm still getting emails from the forums, whenever someone posts on a thread, even if clicking the no email box 😅. I placed a few bids yesterday, and am unsure of I won or lost.

Is anyone else not getting emails when they bid, win a bid, or are outbid on the Auctions?

@Diesel840 last order I placed was 10th March, received confirmation same day. Paid order on 18th and received email confirmation of payment this morning.

That's how how it nornally works for me. for whatever reason though, I haven't been getting emails from the auctions. I've checked my junk folder, ensured the correct email is on file. I never even recieved an email letting me know that my wire transfer was insufficient.

I'd like to win a few more straws, doesn't work though if I don't know whether my bid won or lost.

Has the order status changed on your account panel on the site?

Thanks Danny. After checking the order status and seeing that the amount wired still needed €10, I wired an additional €11. About a week later it showed that the money was successfully recieved and the status was changed from 'on hold' to 'proccessing'. I just checked, and it looks like my order was shipped out!! 😁😁😁
 
It’s been operating as normal for me this month. Even a 10 day turn around from making payment to delivery in Oz.
Another tip is to bookmark the auction page. You can reload after the auction to see who was successful.
That is an option for the meantime. I'd have to remmeber to delete the bookmark, once finished. The only problem, is that in the past I've had to sometimes click on a link in my email to add the win to my cart.


I noticed the other day there are some settings for email notifications specific to auctions, these didn't get turned off/reset did they?
Both boxes are checked. I've been hoping the issue would resolve itself. It has in the past. There arw a couple varieties I really want. Plus, once the spring cleanings are up, I'd really like to try and win one.
 
@Wobby I tried your bookmark idea. I won some Early Skunk. Unfortunately though, I've not recieved an email regarding my win and it's not in my cart. So, it's basically like I didn't even win. 😮‍💨
 
Hey Diesel, if it says you won, can’t you bypass ordering from an email, and click the link on the auction page instead? As per image.That should trigger an email and/or to appear in “ Your Orders” as “On Hold”.
I’ve had a similar situation once when I won just before an outage. Eventually I ordered via the green button.

There’s a few glitches that float and appear within the website, I think they are due to the dynamic environment of the website. E.g. 10-20 timers, multiple users, active bidding, email alerts.
I’ve successfully bid for 4 strains in the past 8 days and every thing seems smooth.

Thanks again for everyones help, in this thread. Using the bookmark function then checking on it an hour or so after the auction to look fpr the pay now button, is working.

I recieved my previous order, yesterday. Unfortunately it was missing two different varieties and had one in there, which I hadn't ordered. I've no worries, though. I sent a message to Shanti. I'm sure that when he sees it, he'll take care of everything or direct me to the person who will. In the mean time, better get the ones I did recieve into the freezer!

Idem pour moi,j'ai remporté deux enchères que j'ai immédiatement payé et aucun mail de confirmation ou pour m'avertir que j'ai remporté ces deux enchères...
Et maintenant mon mot de passe n'est plus reconnu... lorsque je tente de le changer je ne reçois jamais le lien pour pouvoir le faire...
J'avoue être très surpris de tous ces problèmes...en espérant recevoir mon dû rapidement malgré tout.
