Neville's Haze Mango, in search of a keeper

NHM#18 has a very potent and real feel good high.
Euphoria is strong in this pheno, I must say she is a nice as my best Mango Haze in effect and even more potent.
She brings a warm and stimulating sensation, a very good quality high.
Trichomes are of normal size.
She smells more like haze though more on the sweeter side.
I get hints of mint, mango and green apple.
The high is on the opposite spectrum than NHM#1 and more leaning towards Mango Haze but with more presence.

Thanks Wobby and Skuncle!

I wonder how much you’ve influenced the current auction. 25% up already
Not my intention Wobby but It is worth every penny imo.
This strain should have been more in the spotlight by now, Nev's and Shanti's favorite strains and they combine very well.
A must grow!💚

I love the 🦊 tails that come out of these phenos with heavy haze influence. NHM is at the top of my totem pole for my daytime sativa‘s.
I feel the same way about these sativa flowers Skuncle.😍
You are right but I would add that there is more to this line than daytime smoke!
Some pheno's have that overpowering disabling effect that I know from Amnesia Haze and SSH. Dead on that high that I know well.
And for now I find NHM#18 one of the most euphoric strains I experienced in my life (top 2), that also says something about this line.

I can only say, this is an epic strain made from legends.

This vould be the perfect plant for those of us who want to dip their toes into into the Nevils Haze gene pool. A longer flowering sativa true to its roots, with the potential to find an earlier finishing product that still hits!

Just settled down to a pinner of new crop. Chunky balls of intertwined foxtails, heavily crystalled with dark cinnamon hairs that offset the jade green buds.
Bottled just last night, the lid literally bursts outward as the fragrance of deep spice, dark fruit and pinesol and some mysterious oily backnote that completely fills the nostrils ushers forth.
Like some liquid air-freshener set next to the table as I finish rollin the skinny; that distant bottle- I can almost feel it's medicating effects from 3 feet away! The smell is pervasive and inviting. Man oh man! Where's the fire to light this puppy?
Haven't smoked for a week and just now having to set the half-smoked skinny down, I am immersed. In fact, I am absolutely so totally blasted braddahs. Oh yeah! What pain?
That flying scene in Avatar is looking pretty spectacular right now brahs. Indeed, fine, fine pakalolo.

Shaka,
M

Nevilles or Nevilles Haze Mango? Both!!!

And yes, there is a little skunk coming from the Mango side. I should mention that I did have a bottle of new crop Neville's sittin' next to the NHM last night. It will be sampled this morning!
It is such a temptation/habit to reach for the Neville's as I very much enjoy the lucidity that comes from this fine plant. NH makes me feel like a condor flying that can see for many miles (thinking Who here.)
But the Neville's Haze Mango has a stronger presence as it is more fragrant with a little better yield and I confess, I do tend to hoard the Neville's ;) It's just so damn sweet! Yet, I will say that the NHM is not a compromise as it stands on it's own attributes.
As much as I like Neville's and as much as I like Mango, this is a no brainer to combine the two. Shorter grow time than NH, a little more energy than MH, often more fragrant than NH with a little better yield. 60%+ haze can't be all bad braddahs :D I don't know why ppl are intimidated by these plants. I would encourage you to go ahead and step off into the clouds.
Turok Makto, I will fly with you!

Aloha braddahs,
M

You have captured the high well in words musashi and I can only attest to this.

The last days I have been smoking NHM#16.
It is a real good allrounder, a bit too strong for during the day as it drains my energy a bit but it is a very nice pheno to smoke and just chill afterwards.
It smells a bit like orange peel with a minty twist and also reminds me of grounded black pepper.
A good pheno with decent euphoria in the beginning and very relaxing in the end.
She has a very good trichome density.

The last pheno that will be run again is NHM#4.
This pheno has a very clear but also strong effect.
I can barely manage to sit still just after smoking, it gives me some nervousness in the first 20 minutes coupled with great euphoria.
It does feel a bit colder at first also.
After a while i'm comfy and my thoughts are everywhere but with decent clarity and I can think and keep my focus well when needed.
Sleeping is a bit difficult until you wait 3-4h after consuming.
She smells quite strong in the camphor/pine/sage range.
Resin coverage is impressive.

This ends the first selection round with some unique and very potent pheno's.
This strain carries a lot of pheno's that are very uplifting and are perfect for social daytime use with a fairly clean comedown.
You can also find very potent euphoric pheno's that can be very psychedelic and mind altering/enhancing.
This strain really starts shining after a nice cure.

I harvest the Honolulu Hazes this morning and have prepared the tent for a second round of the NHM keepers.

Enjoy the hollidays!🎄🎅

Very eager to continue this thread with the keepers NHM #1, #4, #14, #16 and #18.
I had an extra spot left and will run Honolulu Haze #3 again (she was the most sativa of that run and smelled sweet and fruity).
I will make cuttings for new mom's asap and will then go to flower as I expect quite some stretching.
They are in 10L pots, Light Mix+ 50ml Bat Guano mixed in the lower half of the pot.
For extra warmth I have a heating mat underneath the tray and this keeps the root zone around 18°C at the bottom and 16°C for the rest of the pot.
This round I will go with a new lamp, the Mars Hydro FC4000 EVO.
The nemathodes have arrived today and they will be applied with the next watering.
RH seems low but that is just because of the heating mat, the rest of the tent is around 60-65%.

Day 12 of flowering.
Lights are at 75% now and approximately 45cm above canopy, 12/12 for now.
I will start with light feedings of 1-2ml/L Alga bloom this week.
I will ad 0,5ml/L Silic Rock 1-2 times to help them cope with the slightly colder temps better.
Great vigour in these MNS plants, Honolulu Haze is also doing her best to try to keep up with the Neville's Haze Mango.

Here you see them just after waking up this morning:

They had a light trim to clear out the center:

And they got a different place to favor light distribution of the canopy:

Hey Swifty, we’re going have some fun with a side-by-side NHM grow off, as I’m flipping mine shortly. Considering our different growing styles, this will be fun to watch.💃

Day 19 of flowering today.

They already show good budset for being on 12/12.
I can already see that the FC 4000 Evo is a more powerfull light than the SP3000.
Some slight decoloration of the tips, it has been cold also past week. Next week should be a little warmer where the tent is.
I do notice that the stronger blue and red spectrum makes for less stretch and a bit better budset (temps of the roots are also more consistent because of the heating mat).
The biggest plants are around 60cm, perfect for me.
The light is now at 85% and at 50cm and I will keep it that way for now.

I will keep the feeding the same as last week.
