How's the big girl in this plot going?

Going good mate, here is some new pics. This OHxWW is also taking off......I have got the leaf problem sorted now, with just the older leaves that were effected going yellow as you can see on the SSH. I used the 3 seasol products I have and one I watered around the plant( EarthCare CLC) and the other 2( Seasol & Powerfish) I foilar sprayed and all is going good now even though we have just had 50mm of rain over the last 3 days.

Check out the size of the leaf on this Nepalese:D

Hiya mate there looking good glad the lead thing is sorted if the NH and SSH are taking off thinking there going into flowering mode may not see sex for a while that there getting ready to if that makes sense.

I put my NH into 8 hours of lite after my last update and finally seeing one starting to flower hoping the rest do to and i chopped them right back it was brutal but had no choice looking forward to seeing them in flower.

Hi kanga , plants are stretching up nicely i see , looking nice and healthy , when do you usually see visible signs of flowering??
i notice still a lot of alternate branching going on ..
interesting to note all the different leaf shapes on the different strains ...

hey hempy , hope your holiday was good ...
will you continue to keep your light hours at 8 for those haze plants?
if so what affect do you think it will have on the flowering ?

Hi mate......Yeah it even amazes me on all the leaf shapes.....I am enjoying this:D

I have plants flowering now, I havent worked with them before so I really dont know flowering times on them.
With mine the OHxNL#5xHZ should start showing signs next month, but with this weather it could be earlier. I really dont know as I have never worked in this type of weather before......Ill know more later:D

Thought I would put a pic up of the Medicinal garden.......in the background is the MMxMGMM, I will try to mark each plant later, when I think I can:D

looks like good medicine ...
id say your right on the strong monsoon influence affecting things ..
now that we are past the longest day , all downhill from here , might change things a few weeks either side ,,
but i hear its on the mend for the finish , la nina may end come the end of march ...
my fingers are crossed for that , for you , me and all the other guys between us ...

hiya mate yea the brake was nice gets a bit much this time of year tho but family friends running around is the festive season.

The plants were in 12/12 for a long time then mid dec i went to 10/14 still nothing the 2 Neville's haze had only a few pistils showing no move to flower so a week or so ago went to 8 hours on and seeing 1 starting to flower now soon as the others start i will add an hour more lites on.

Have run sats as low as 7 on at worse you see a little yield loss but not much to stress about.

I think its about age often in those sativa , age of the plant , they are from places where the light hours dont vary much year round ,
i reckin clones of that type will be way better ..

im a bit hesitant on dropping the hours too much ,, after all its not like where they are from , so what is it that makes them flower properly ???

G'day Kanga,

Very nice work you've been doing there!

I used the 3 seasol products I have and one I watered around the plant( EarthCare CLC) and the other 2( Seasol & Powerfish) I foilar sprayed and all is going good

Just wondering what mix rates you used on the Seasol gear - particular for the foliar feeding? Did you mix the two before spraying or separate applications?

Cheers,

Mark

Hey Kanga, its nice to see your plants are finally starting to take off. I keep checking the weather report for your part of the world hoping for good weather so all the dudes down under have decent grows.

I was wondering if you have ever grown indoors under lights mate? Hopefully it wont ever come to that and things will go back to normal soon but was kinda curious..

:D Well mate the weather's been pretty shit, but things are still growing:D This pretty White Widow Oaxacan wahini for instance

Hi Mark, Thanx mate, its what I love doing so I always try to make it as good as I can.

With the seasol I add both the Fish and seasol together at around 20-30ml of each in 10lt of water, I have commercial grade here so it is a lot stronger, but it will tell you on the bottle. I find with this amount I can do it every 2 weeks and I use one of those Solo spray packs and get up under the leaves as well.
It good stuff mate and you will see the result in about 2 days.

Hi ya Doobz.....I have never done plants from start to finish under lights, I have some male Indicas at the moment because they didnt want to grow back and a X18 Paki fem that also didnt want to grow back. I also have a Haw/Nam male was the only male out of 10 seeds and I nearly lost it, so he is under lights. I also do a bit of sexing out using lights , so mate that is about it.....Maybe one day I will:D

Here is a pic of the 2 Ghana males and the X18

Hi Bushy....hey mate thanx again for all the enlarging you do:D

That other big big plant is the Hawaiian/Vietnam cross. I am very impressed by this cross, but I guess I should have know it would be good seeing it came from one of the best breeders around.
Here is another pic of it with the Haw and Haw/G13 from the same breeder in the front.
Also on the left is a Doors and far right NevHZ.
I wish the garden would stay like this now for the rest of the season, but still with 3-5 months to go I know its not going to:(

SE Asian plants really seem to thrive in this weather, and I think you may have put the Haw/Nam & Hawaian crosses in a little later than the rest too...

Here's to a dry hot February& March and a dry April and May:D

Hi Kanga

Your plants are looking stellar....I just had a look at the BOM site...Shit mate your going to get a soaking today bro.

hope it all goes well you. BP

Hasn't gotten heavy here yet, but hasn't stopped raining in 72 hours. I'm hoping that everything won't start flowering, wouldn't be surprising though. Good news I heard yesterday is that the rain should finish by April:confused:
