It's nice first thing in the morning too. The photo's is a good idea, so is separate bags for each plant. The pine is so overpowering, it took 24 hours of airing, to be able to tell them apart. Did you smoke his NL5xHzC X Oaxacan Bushweed? That should be pretty close to the Grail.
Wouldn't it be strange if I scoured the world looking for a fella who had the perfect cross for the Haze, and it turns out that he is my age and grew up less than 2 miles from where I did?

Indeed what we perceive of the world and life is the mere surface at best...

Oaxacan Space Shuttle was a beautiful smoke, my friend described it as like the best Malawi Gold she ever smoked.

I still think that the MM with NH could be close to the Grail, but and this is a big but, the flowering time of this cross might prove to much for all but the die hard sativa lovers.

What I would really be looking at is the Oaxacan x WW cross as it has a early flowering than most of the others and has one of the best resiny buds i have seen and the smoke is a incredible soaring high.

Also I have a lot of old mixed seeds that it is possible we could find a NL#5 X Haze pheno or a Nl#5......I can see a lot of research coming up:D

Nev do realize that it is even possible we have met:D

Hi Mate,
They are some pure Sativa's out of the mixed seed, I used pollen from the Oaxacan and MM last season to cross them and I numbered them for later reference, but didnt put them in this season.
There was a few of them across the front of the Space Shuttle and they varied from large fluffy heads to solid heads.......It is possible that there could be a MM x Mex cross amongst them.
I havent sampled any of these yet to be able to tell......Might need Nevils nose for that :D
 
Can any of you outdoor dudes tell me about Colombian Gold?

Maybe you have grown it and smoked it.. I haven't but have been fortunate enough to get some seeds so kinda keen to find out a bit more..

When I go back home to South Africa next year I am hoping to get them growing so would be cool to get a head-start :)

Hi mate, do you do the mix seed to ensure genetic diversity, or just for the pleasure of having a smorgasboard of original lines? It seems like an unusual practice, yet one that provides a number of benefits - primarily through uncovering some robust mongrel material, that is then mated to your royal blue bloods, by which time you have a selection of strong, genetically diverse progeny.

Can you identify which seeds have been mated to the MM and which to the Oaxacan?

While I respect the fact that Nevil has some superior olfactory perception; it must be remembered that he also retains the title of as the King of Cannabis, and as such it's important that the King has a royal taster to ensure that he isn't poisoned.

For the service of the realm and the safety King Nevil 1st, I hereby publicly volunteer myself as royal taster, that the Crown isn't endangered by your suspect sativas.

err.. Sorry.. Another misunderstanding.. I do well at this.. Its possibly this old "LTJ-Bukem - Logical Progression" thats distracting me tonight.. Coupled with some old skool Power Plant..

What I meant was... Have any of you outdoor dudes "actually" grown it outdoors..

That "Grail" thread is about genetics and who has the biggest seed collection and who had what first... WHAT!!!! I come from a place where that shit doesn't mean anything so I cant really understand what everyone is saying.. Its a bit like a willy waving contest if you ask me..

Anyways.. Anyone grown it and got some cool stories etc.. Non genetic (willy waving) would be cool..
