Like a lot of growers, I've got a helper. Gardens can be a lot of work and it really helps to have somebody for the big projects--spraying, harvest, ect...
Anyhoo, one day my helper comes by with some plants... unannounced plants. He said they were keepers from the grower who had given them to him. That they were, "bomb."
Obviously, the first thing to do would have been to quarantine them for a while under a spray regimen. What did I do? Threw them in the garden. Of course, they had super borg... AKA, resistant, super fast breeding two-spotted mites.
I battled the mites for a 6 months and finally eradicated them from the garden. All the while this little Critical Mass was green and healthy in a 1 liter container. Finally, she got put into a 10 gallon fabric pot and flowered. Here are the results at 49 days:
