so this would be the first thing i have ever won and i no how it sucks to not win but maybe Shanti would give others a chance to test it as a R&D strain
and charge 20-30 bucks kinda like dreamtime and walkabout

so if you wanted to get in on the test send the 20-30 and your name gets put in the hat 3 times labeled A B or C what gets picked is what u get

just something i thought of

peace

Question?

Shanti, When the time comes, would you like us to each start our own threads or would you prefer all the a's, b's and c's to post in a specific thread?
Thanks
LS:D

That is a good question. also where do we start the threads do we start under the indoor section or in the contest section or do we post it under the strain base

I think A = NHS(f) x ASH(m)

I assume the lineage of this strain is : (Afghan/Skunk#1 X Afghan/Haze) X NHS

= 12,5% Afghan + 12,5% Skunk #1 + 12,5% Afghan + 12,5% Haze + 12,5% NL + 12,5% Haze + 25% Skunk#1

= 25% Afghan + 37,5% Skunk#1 + 25% Haze + 12,5% NL

= 2 AF + 3 Skunk + 2 Haze + 1 NL !

By the math you are correct, lemarcel;)...I agree...that must be parentage used in this cross:cool:...the question now is which one was the mother...jay:D

Hi All

you can all keep guessing whatever you like, that is fun to watch, but until A B C are received and in the ground by at least 5 of each of the testers I will not reveal things...maybe even then not? Who knows?

I believe the best way to do the threads is under the forums strain base and previous test threads...I think we should open a new topic as TEST GROWS so will inform admini to set it up...then post threads in there under A or B or C...

If you wish to do them individually or together it does not matter , I leave it to the testers to sort out....

All the best Sb

So once I got selected I started to rack my brain over what the 'A' combination could be...it could be ASHx NHS, but it could also be several other things based on what you can glean from the Strains guide on the main site, such as Master Kush Skunk x SSH, Master Kush Skunk x Mango Haze, Critical Mass x SSH and Critical Mass x Mango Haze. I stopped racking my brain once I realized I wouild love any of the combinations I could muster up :)

Shantibaba aka The Riddler

I confess again I love the mystery too...the only thing I love more is a good riddle:cool:...so I have another guess on A, even though I'm probably wrong again...

[Super Silver Haze(f) x Mango Haze(m)](f) x Afghan/Skunk(m)

By my calculations this hybrid is killer no matter what crosses you insert...this particular possibility could be the 8 wk SSH bred to a fast MH male, then bred to a fast Af/Sk male to plump her up a bit and add some more flavor...on paper this subject is always so fascinating...Devil could also be in there somewhere...jay:D

Hi All

just thought to share this piece of wisdom with you all....

When things in your life seem, almost too much to handle,
When 24 Hours in a day is not enough,
Remember the mayonnaise jar and 2 cups of coffee.

A professor stood before his philosophy class
and had some items in front of him.
When the class began, without a word,
he picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar
and proceeded to fill it with golf balls.

He then asked the students, if the jar was full.

They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured
them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly.
The pebbles rolled into the open Areas between the golf balls.

He then asked the students again if the jar was full.

They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar.
Of course, the sand filled up everything else.
He asked once more if the jar was full.

The students responded with a unanimous 'yes.'

The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table
and poured the entire contents into the jar, effectively filling
the empty space between the sand.

The students laughed.

'Now,' said the professor, as the laughter subsided,
'I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life.
The golf balls are the important things - family, children, health, Friends, and Favorite passions –
Things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, Your life would still be full.
The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, house, and car.
The sand is everything else --The small stuff.

'If you put the sand into the jar first,' He continued,
'there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls.
The same goes for life.

If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff,
You will never have room for the things that are really important to you.

So...

Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness.
Play With your children.
Make time to get medical checkups.
Take your partner out to dinner.
Visit your parents.

There will always be time to clean the house and mow the lawns.

'Take care of the golf balls first -- The things that really matter.
Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.'

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee represented.

The professor smiled...... 'I'm glad you asked'.

It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem,
there's always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend.'
