Haze A or Haze C in Afghan Haze crosses ?

you really seem stuck on nl5 haze being made with haze A, even though everyone keeps telling you nl5 haze is primarily a haze C thing.

The nl5 haze and subsequently the jack herer and SSH that won the cannabis cups were haze C genetics. how many more times can we say it?

NL5 x Haze A is basically an in-house thing, used in hybrids but never sold to the public.

anything you know about NL5 Haze is because of NL5 x Haze C, not NL5 x Haze A

if i can make it any clearer for you,

if you ever hear about an 80's or 90's NL5 Haze cut, it's 99.9% going to be NL5 x Haze C.

SSH is (or at least could be) the same as it always was. C5 x skunk haze C
what does this have to do with NL5 haze?

What's the mother of nevils haze? Well it's for only in house or it's a rename of old seed stock all the mother and fathers have remaind in our possession except we have all ways had the clones in different places of the world and none of them could have ever been leaked or kept alive by some one else it's all ways the same old contradictions

Shanti, you have written about the strain your friends were growing in Main Arm in the 70's-80's.
You wrote that one of the taller phenos was great, if you had the head room to grow it.
Have you done any tests with your skunk\hzA, or hzC male over your MM females?
Thank you.

Grail thread? 1985 seed bank thread? Not sure but it was confirmed by the man that's what that plant on the cover is, and mother of Nevil's haze.

G `day TH

How are you able to indentify that pic as NL #5 x Haze A ?
Pic says Nl#5 x Haze F1 ...

Thanks for sharin

EB .

G `day TH

Cool !
I thought about it some after I posted . Hmmm ... could be Nevil`s Haze Moma .

Years ago when Shanti released his version of NL Hz I thought it could be NL Hz A .
As the Haze AC he used for the rock n Roll seies has a NL Hz A factor .

I PM `d Shanti re after some members told me it was Haze C . He confirmed his NL Hz was a Haze C thang .

Thanks for sharin

EB .

Did he tell you he let rumors go around the thread for some time that certain strains contained A and never came out and confirmed any thing till he started getting called out on it

I have no idea where you came under the assumption that angels breathe or whichever strain had so much haze A in it. I was never under that assumption about strains here. You seem to be the only one that's caught up in that.

So your relaying to me 3rd person that because nevil didn't dispelled others assumptions quickly enough for you that he is a liar and that pic doesn't in fact show nl5 x haze A?

Your not so easy to follow in your posts, I'm confused on what your main points even are...

You can read on many of the angels breath post not only I was under the assumption that angels breath was 50 percent haze A but so was others lots thought Afghan hazeA was used . Afghan hazeA x mango haze getting 25 percent hase A from the skunkhazeA in the mango haze would have made it 50 percent hazeA but come to find out it's 50 percent hazeC and only 25 percent haze a from a new selection This went around the threads for months you can search these things. That's one of the things I do love about this site

Yeah saw all of that. A quote by a member saying shanti told him it was afghan x haze A and stiched together with a quote from shanti where he gave the code of the beta tester mango haze.

Not what I would consider evidence of anything, especially your assumption of it. Did you confirm with him before you purchased?

I've searched all kinds of keywords here and alot about haze in particular since I'm a haze head, find something interesting? Don't get the question?

Yes I did and asked what he would look for in a pheno and never got answered back . I do understand he gets lots of questions and probably from people who don't actually buy and is a very busy man . I jumped the gun I guess by going by a inaccurate strain and genetic description before any grows was actually done and things started coming to light

@topheavy420, I had started a thread called "Angel's Breathe the MNS strain with the highest amount of Haze A?" The possibility of Haze A in Angel's Breathe (as well as The Doors) was also discussed elsewhere. The "rumor" originated with Scorpion's statement, which he claimed was based on a PM from Shanti.

I'm not terribly well plugged into "the scene" but it does appear the A5 cut is out and it's being used in a lot of breeding. Ace is breeding it with Malawi, and I'm sure others will follow. I've seen it mentioned in a few other crosses but don't remember who the breeders were. I also saw it in the Phylos Galaxy, submitted by DNA Genetics, so they appear to have the cut. Interestingly, it was pretty closely related to a NYC Dominican Piff Haze sample. Also Interestingly, but off topic, the piff may be alive.

If Shanti is sitting on some Haze A genetics it would be nice if he would share them with us, as there's a lot of interest in Haze A. Hey, Shanti, what's in your fridge?

you still think angels breath has haze A in it?
your math could use a little work.
"IF" mango haze was 25% haze A from the father, crossed to a 50% haze A father (afghan haze A), at most you would have is 37.5% in the offspring, you could never get 50%.
BUT, it is very likely that mango haze also has no haze A in it, so its also likely that Angels Breath has no haze A in it at all.

i dont remember what the doors is off hand, c5 or A5 crossed witht he AC male.
so at best its 37.5% if its (NL5 x Haze A) x (NL5 x Haze A2) x (Skunk x Haze C)
or its 12.5% if its C5 x AC because of the 25% haze A that in the AC male.

nothing has 50% haze A in it that im aware of thats offered for sale.
i dont know why that is though...
