Haze A or Haze C in Afghan Haze crosses ?

i just start a ag13 x c5 malawi

you re right elmer, a5 is the best of the bunch

G `day LRV

I grew the AG13 x C5 / Malawi a cpl seasons back .
Also C5 x Malawi F1 / f2 , C5 x La Nina .

AG13 x C5 / Malawi was the pick of the crop for me .

I have smoked the AG13 cut and grown and smoked a bunch of G13 x Haze C .
The Haze A definitely had more sizzle to the top end .

The Nevil`s Hz cut was a lot more cerebral than either the C5 or AG13 I sampled . My friends didn`t have A5 at that time .

Thanks for sharin

EB .

AB could not get Haze A from Mango Haze if Mango Haze does not have any.
im not sure whether it does or not.

i was under the assumption that Mango Haze and SSH share the same father, a Skunk#1 x Haze C, and the difference between the two are the mothers selected, which are sisters to each other.

others have said that the first testers of mango haze, which hempy showed pictures of, was (NL5 x Haze C)#122 x (Skunk#1 x Haze A), but that is different to the seeds offered for sale here at mns.

which one it is, i dont know.

I have pretty much gave up on angels breath it's on the back of the burner now but what's this a5 you all keep speaking of

Any one know if the sensi seeds nl5/haze has hazeA in it ?

Hi, the male Haze A died before Nevil could use it commercialy. Sensi seeds offering is Haze C or was Haze C, who knows what they are selling today.

According to Nevil/ and all the info we can find on internet, there is two different A5 cut, anyone has info about that?

I thought the second A5 cut was in reality the 5C122 as I remember people talking about a Mango pheno and a Diesel pheno, but I also remember a quote from Nevil here at MNS confirming the existence of two A5.

About 5C122, anyone has ever grow or smoke this one?

All this Haze story is really confusing, and the last info Shanti gave us are really disturbing.
Haze A in SSH really?
Also, Shanti stated in the past not using the "Old School Haze" but few post back he speak about A5 and C5. Confusing.

so obviously some people have had A5 this whole time.

a friend had been searching, and every time he got what was supposedly an A5, it turned out to be something else.

so maybe a few years by now, he came across an A5 and it seems legit.
but i believe it would be the mango A5, not the diesel A5 which is what he was hoping to find?

so there is an A5 out there, and its unknown if it is the same as the mother of NH or if it is a different cut.

5c122 is just that, nl5 x haze C #122

I have nevils haze and angels breath in the fridge but I believe my quest for the ultimate haze is over . To long of flower times, to many plants to pick through with out finding stellar results and to many other planed projects that I won't have to waiste my time dealing with all the problems that arise dealing with hazes , this does not mean some of my future projects won't contain haze in them at all . Good luck to the rest of you and hope you find what you are looking for

and nevil also said that he failed as a breeder with his most popular genetics.
not in those words, but let me explain.

whats the goal of breeding? improvement.
otherwise the best we could do is maintaining status quo, preservation.
nevil said that none of the offspring of C5 were as good as the mother.

But i know he actually succeeded. i had a jack herer that was faster, and i think the taste and potency were better. until i get to grow C5 for myself its hard to compare though.
so just cause nevil said it doesnt make it reality. no single person can grow enough to see everything that another person might come across by dumb luck.

I don't know if I'm interested in waiting a whole school year for some thing that may or may not be that grate to mature . If I did I'm automatically going to hit it with a widow or c99

You don't have to wait that long IMO.

You start the maximum seeds your space can handle, direct in flower, and within 3/4 month most will be ripe and the few left may need a few days/week more, but by then you will already smoke the earlier/ NL dom pheno. Go for a 11/13h light schedule also help. First month I would go 12/12 then 11/13.

The more seeds you start, the best chance you have to find the one you looking for.

Just make sure your room is 100% light proof, very important IMO with Haze genetics.

just pop those NH and pick the best female. Then come back and tell us if it was worth it.
i already know the answer.

Dude!!!! Just saw on fakebook that ace seeds are claiming they are working with the original a5 clone . Don't know if it's true but that's what they are claiming .

They are. They got it from Yosemite Sam (Yo Sammy on ICMag, where there's a thread on the subject). There's a link in that thread to another one where Karma Genetics located a cut of the A5, which was thought to be extinct.

The more I think about what I've read in this thread and the A5 the more I'd like to make a version of The Doors using Haze AC pollen on the A5 mother. That would be a helluva strain.

Sammy finally found that legendary A5?!?!?!

If ever there was someone who deserved it, that guy is great, hope it gets spread back around.

Could someone please PM me about getting an A5 clone?!

(edit - just read the link on ICMAG about Karma genetics' A5, anyone happen to have a link to YoSammy's thread on ICMAG about the A5?)
