A small marketing campaign maybe. Spain is a large market. From what I see in the grow shops they focus on Spanish seed banks probably because their margin is higher. If you compare sweet seeds, advanced seeds, etc with foreign companies the price difference is huge. MrNice still beats all of them, 10 seeds for 25eur.
