This question goes out to Doc or Hempy, if you dont mind answering. There is at least one of my Mango Haze whose resin irritates my lips and mustache area. I tend to get resin all over my face when Im giving them a big whiff.

This is the first time Ive had this happen with a strain before. Did either of you two ever experience such a thing with Mango Haze, and if so, did it bother you to smoke it? I'm a bit concerned about smoking that one if it irritates my lips so much.

I watched a doco recently where they had an ethnobiologist who believed that cannabis originated in the Kazakhstan region. Anyway he stated that THC and other cannabanoids develop as a defence mechanism against pests, which find the cannabanoids/resin quite noxious.
