Are those the humboldt seeds you posted shots of a few months back?

What kind of germ rate did you get off of them?
Thanks for the update, sounds like a lot of wicked crosses.

I think I got around 50% on the older seeds. I got most of the plants I needed. My son got a real nice maple leaf, We think its female. Real old seed. The LS1 is very old, very blue, very tip top shelf, and we dont think its related to Blueberry. Also from old Humboldt seed crosses, Lavender Lights. I got one plant. And one plant of (Blueberry x Cali Orange) x Salmon Creek Big Bud clone) X LS1 (Blue Money):D

Im having fun. I hope You Guys are too.

Nice lookin Haze. Id like fat bong hit of that one! :)

We aquired most of those seeds 6 years ago, but they were not fresh at the time. They came from 2 different Old growers way way back in the woods.

One of My Sons spent a day on the property, and the grower was impressed with my Sons knowledge of growing. He kept bringing out seeds for My Son from drawers all over his house. Some were cradled in big buds.

That evening as my Son was leaving, the guy got out a fairly large vacuum pack of seeds. He had a few of them hidden away. SOS pack.He made the SOS vaclock packs , in case he got raided and had to start over. He said dont open this till your ready to use them. There is a packing slip taped to the outside, detailing every pack(as much as is known on some) and container of seeds within.

Many of the seeds were old Humboldt strains, with some in bulks of 300-500. There were also many 5, 10 and 15 seed packs from seed companies. From back in the day. I dont know how old they are, but we have gotten real good quality from them. We havnt grown even half of the varieties yet

LS1: The grower said there was one strain in there that would grow the Bluist blue weed you have ever seen.He said it looked like a fake plastic color it was so blue. His Wife grew it in the greenhouse and didnt know what it was. It is not from a seed company.

There were approximately 2000 seeds in the SOS pack. I shit bricks when My Son brought them home. We had fun going through the packing slips, and even more fun growing them.

There are some other seeds Im waiting to aquire. They are 25 years old. One of My buddies has them in storage. they are lost. I gave them to him in the 1980s, from a strain that was produced in 1978.

The seeds came from Lebanon and Afghanistan and were collected from the best hash districts in 1976 or 1977. The Red Lebanese may have been either a Sativa or a Kush, with strong citrus flavors of Tangerine, and lime, Some of the Afghanis seemed to have Lemon. The Afghanis were deadly strong, and a clean high, and the Red Leb was uplifting and thought provoking.

My old Hippie buddy that made the cross, won every harvest festival in the Placerville area every year. Probably 15 years. He made enough to build a mansion on the ocean in Oregon, and somehow lost the strain some years ago. I still have hopes of ressurecting that strain. I have a few ideas what may work to get them sprouted, as long as they are viable at all

My regret

Im at it once again with my search for frankincense ,hopfully this november will be good to us

I really regret not asking Dennis (Perron)to see if there were any seeds in the bottom of of some of the many pounds bags of Cambodian Red. I kind of think there is nothing like that anymore.

I was seeing colors. Everything turned a redish pink color. It tasted like the best incense , you couldnt even imagine.

The room (Big Top Imports, polk street, San,francisco,1977) was filled with smoke. The best real Columbian Gold that was yellower then hay, fat Thai sticks, and Buddha sticks, all kinds of foriegn hash, of all colors.

I could see at least 50 pounds of awesome top quality bud from other countries all around me. None was domestic. Fat tester bomber joints going around, one after another. Then came the Cambodian Red. I could smell it through everything else, 6 feet away.

This girl, that was a dude, standing next to me says, here comes the best one of all.:D

I have 2 colombian Gold growing out which are suppose to be authentic ,i hope to Come across Our beloved trait an if possible i will make seeds

then i have to ask hempy, what do you propose dr purpur so with these strains once he acquires them? he has the strain already in ibl or perhaps even landrace, so he makes f2s and preservation accomplished and then what? i do not know enough about breeding to chart a proper course of action but it seems others have concluded that the grail will be found in a hybrid of some sorts. to this end, it will interesting to see what comes from some of those crosses the doc has made? peace-biteme

the way i see it, you never know until you make the seeds and start them up.
and that is a lot of possibilities there for some really special stuff.

Tom Hill Haze

Right now I am growing some old school Tom Hill Haze. Boy, talk about a small amount! I can see why people cross it with other things. SSH and Mango Haze are the bomb. I am chopping Mango Haze right now and I am happy with the amount I am getting. Some are smaller than others but way better than just haze. I will probably grow a crop of just haze to get a descent amount if my wife likes it but honestly I can't see doing it otherwise with such good products from MNS ready to go. I have clones of the flowering Mango, clones of the SSH, a clone of the Toms Haze, a clone of the Black Window/Haze I made and I have 7 NL5/Haze seedlings. My wife hasn't tried any of the product I am growing yet as I just started this year but I know my wife likes Mango Haze already and SSH. Surely one of these could suffice as the Ultimate Haze, don't you think? I know you guys know more than I do but these are pretty good compared to straight haze.

Hempy makes a good point,
but if they are crossed to more of a landrace then its actually a good idea.
two f1's will make poly hybrids but an f1 x ibl or landrace is more of a top cross and a good idea for testing for specific combining ability.

does anybody no about this bigherb careicter some people on icmag think hes a narco hes always asking people thier real personal questions and for pic but never shares his experinces so what does antone no here on mns i followed him here from ic things have happened there that makes us suspisous
