:D My hairline took a mad dash at the corners in my early 20's, but has held pretty steady since. Come to think of it, I haven't lost any more coverage, or gotten substantially more gray since I quit drinkin and crazy broads :p

Yo, Jim Rome asked Andre about the kids, and if the kids want to, they will play, if not they won't. If you can, look on youtube (or espn's site) for the interview. It was on today's "Jim Rome is Burning" show. Having gone through a life change when I quit drinkin, I got chills listening to the interview. It was like going to an AA meeting with a quality old timer.
 
Hah Pat i always hated those meetings the AA n NA always jus made me feel like we was still glorifying wat we had done

Go to a big room of addicts talkin bout doin the drugs they wer doin.........u see ppl get up for coffee n a cig every 5 min. haha i used to bring red bull to my meetings(court ordered) and i'd b sitting ther feening tweak feelin all hyped up listening to fools talkin bout mountains of coke n fat clouds of tweak its like wtf i don't wanna here this shit hah.

But in the end we all hit bottom n or something bad so u end up learnin from eachother.....Wat they say tho is true Keep coming bak it works!!! haha if u wanna live ur life like that n hav ppl help u thru it i don't c anything rng wit those ppl jus not for me

I've actually herd of MA meetins (yes Marijuana Anonymous....) hah its kinda funny n kinda sad my boy told me that the ppl was in ther complainin bout not havin enough motivation or even eatin to much.....its like anyone got self control? i never blame my laziness on cannabis

It can b unmotivational if u take life that way bcus its very relaxing but in anything in life u hav2 b the one to do it urself to blame it on bud i thinks rong....


And Pat alcohals no joke either i think its one of the most dangerous drugs outther mainly bcus its look at as nothin rong

ppl go out get so fucked up they don't remember they wake up in the mornin fuckd up head throwing up.....n its like damn ha i had a good nite last nite......at wat risk?

But yea my bad for rambling i give major props to Agassi tho bein able to b straight up honest shows hes a good man thers not much "important people" that i'd actually wanna meet he'd b one of them

We need more honest straight up good people in the world......and more cannabis plants !!! hah

Back to Cannabis mayb i'll name one of my father keepers in the future Agassi haha i plan to name my moms n dads people names.....was gunna name one after my ex we cald Guera or Guerita but we ended it so not that no more hah.....no more white girl....both of em;)

I never went to NA meetings, but I was told that the majority of them contain the worst elements of the AA meetings - people who go for reasons other than to assist them in recovery. I was very lucky with AA/drinking. I drank hard for a short time, hit rock bottom, and had family members who had 20+ years sobriety, but still went to 2-3 meetings a month. I was ready to make a change. People around me got me to good meetings, and hooked up with genuine people. I went to 1-2 meetings a day for ~4 months, and read that big blue book cover to cover 3 times. I got a good sponsor, and did what he told me to do.

I found it sort of 'easy' to quit drinking AFTER I committed to stopping, but when I was drinking, I'd be walking to the liquor store (already lost my lic...), and in my head questioning why I had to go get this 40/plastic liquor bottle.

The collective vibe/knowledge/experience from positive 12step meetings and the AA members that were serious allowed me to effectively treat my alcoholism. Your mileage may vary. "If you whole-heartedly do what has worked for people in your situation before, it most likely will work for you. If you keep trying to do things 'your way', you will continue to get the same results." I was told that, and it stuck. :)

Damn, coffee and outdoor got me all preachy!!!

its good to here that ur living good now my mom recently quit alc again it runs deep in my family thers been alot of meth n alc thru the past 3 generation of my family almost everyone is and addict of some sort we all try n help eachother but alota the time u need outside assistance

NA n AA can both work if u want it to but like u said u have to b the one willin to change

Yeah, Scientology just looks like a straight Pay-for-salvation setup based on some 20th century sci-fi shit. Mormons are essentially christians that add The Book of Mormon to their faith. But when ya research the creation of that book, it gets a lil silly.

Hell, it ya research MOST of the historic figures in the Judeo-Christian bible/torah, they don't line up with the historical facts written by EVERYONE other than the people responsible for the writing/distribution/reading of the bible. You can draw DIRECT paralells of so many aspects of modern religions (Judiasm, Islam, Christianity) way back before they were 'founded'. The trinity, The virgin birth, birth after the winter solstice, death for salvation, ressurection and ascention into paradise, heaven/hell, the list goes on and on and on. From what I've seen, it goes back to ~3500bc+ and the Phonecians/Babalonian belief in Nimrod (god the father). I was raised Catholic, and I really like to read about different religions.
 
The thing that really interests me are the state of mind n the drugs that had been around in those times

I've read things bout theories of ppl thinkin that Manna from the bible was some sort of magic mushroom wich i don't doubt

jus imagine eating some shrooms n other food then chillin n feelin kinda god like n al of a sudden goin into a new "place" state of mind , etc n then not understandin wats happenin

I'd come up wit the same conclusion of something happenin from god bcus at the time bak then i wouldn'tv known anything bout drugs n ther effects

I've herd Moses was one of the 1st shamans too, after ther studies of vapor tents n oils n things i highly doubt ther was no drugs the attributed to all religions

I've seen ppl in africa that snort some sapp from a tree gets them fuckin trippin thers so much plants wit dif effects out ther u can't jus say that wat people had gone thru wasn't anything more then trippin on something

Like bak wit the witch hunts how ther connected to the ergot fungus in the bread ( same fungus to make acid) made them all think that people was witches i'm pretty sure they was jus ppl that like to get fucked up on crazy shit n probly had bottles of all ther crazy tinctures n herbs
 
Yeah, the first few experiences prolly blew people away. I just got my shaman on with some early outdoor ssh #5 :D. I remember reading a story of a summer in a region of France, I THINK in the mid-1700's (I think 17something7, 1747?, 1727?) sometime, there was a widespread outbreak of ergot in virtually the entire summer wheat crop. The whole place was trippin, lol.

Just checked my beans - no early (~20 hr) risers. Ok, 30 more minutes of trimmin...

i saw that bs handball n offsides too i'd b heated he even admitted to the handball after the game.......refs ruin all sports.....we should have instant reply on everything hah

Lol, I've had these POS lil buds hanging for ~a month, I'm trimmin em so I CAN smoke em, lol. It's amazing how much flavor is bieng brought back by a lil time in the jars, though. The buds are pretty much bone dry, and don't smell all that great going into the jars. But after just a few days, the jars are distinctly different (ssh, Devil, Shit).

I'm old school. I'm a replay hater. Football it's ok as it is. Basketball had it right with only replaying at the end of quarters. It has no part in baseball. As the stadiums are built, I'm not 100% against it for homeruns/fair-foul, but no fukkin way should it be at the bases or in the strike zone or on defensive catches/shorthops. The umpire crew is a part of baseball, and to expand replay will push whatever purists completely away from the game. People still bitch about the DH, and lowering the mounds, 35 years later (rightfully so, lol). IMO baseball and soccer are 'traditions', more than just sports.

IMO, a yellow line should not designate 'home run'. Build a fukkin fence, and hit it 'outta the park'. No replay needed. I'm so old :p
 
hah ur not old mayb compared to me hah but i agree wit u in the lines of tradition the only thing i don't like is that u can lose a game bcus of wat the ref saw or didn't see

by callin a strike instead of a ball , by callin it fair or foul

in basketball they'v finally done the instant replay for last second buzzer shots wich wouldv probly changed the outcome for alot of olde games

the thing bout baseball n football n basketball bout winnin n losing games is that 1 football game means alot more than 1 of any other of the games so losing that 1 game bcus of a refs mistake sucks so in football they take replay into account more often

I'm a raider fan like i'm sure i've told u n i'm not the ignorant kind hah but i was ther watchin the pats raider playoff game n that tuck rule b.s still gets me hah the one play culd'v started up the patriots hole super bowl run if they never beat us that game we would've went on to play the steelers n either maddox or gannon wouldve been in the superbowl not brady i doubt these past few years in football would b the same
