Angel Heart (AnHe) Outdoor on Mexico

UPDATE
August 4, 2026

Hello everybody, hope your week was well. The garden is changing and turning yellow. During the weekend the plants dried and the leaves turned down. I wasn't in town during the weekend and I expected some rain to fall, but it happened that on my zone it just got cloudy with no rain. Fortunately the solution is to only water them, the soil was turning a bit hydrophobic, but with some drops of dish soap helped me to water them properly. All the plants are drinking lots of water, and also the weather is getting a bit dry, so the rain water is not enough.
The Jack Herer Auto is already curing and did some smoke test on the material, made some splifs with the trim and flower. With the trim, I rolled each leaf and arranged them parallel to the paper, so it resembles the way the material is arranged on regular tobacco cigars. The burning was uniform and had a good taste, citrusy and fresh. For the flower, rolled the regular way, no filter, trying 2 different grinds, one fine grind and the other coarser so it preserves the callixes, smooth smoke, the taste was good, fresh, piny, citrus taste, a little hint of skunk. Shared a bit with friends and really enjoyed it. Nice clean high, that doesn't locks you on the couch. One of these days I'll weigh the harvest.
I'll start also to upload the pictures as thumbnails, I see that the site is loading longer due to the full pictures.

Angel Heart

- 2 girls, one pot

These plants have been turning yellow, the AH1 reached 205 cm, the top of the main branch is getting more direct sun hours than the rest of the plant, so it's developing well, with more leafs, more white hairs, and beautiful. The AH2 is around 180 cm, the smell is very great on both plants like mango skin, after watering them I get that essence around and lasts a few minutes. Picture of the pot with bot plants, and close ups to the main banches of AH1 and AH2, respectively,

- 4 plants, one pot.
This pot is the one that suffered more the dry, and the 4 plants had their leafs turned down. All the pictures are taken one day after I watered them. The plants are developing buds with good mass and resin. Lots of white hairs and small resin heads. Still didn't labeled them because was busy. Pictures of the canopy, one with the sun hitting them, the other a few minutes later when a cloud was passing by.

Euphoria
This one was the least affected, but it's maybe due to me watering her almost daily, It is 160 cm height, and developing at it's own pace. Being honest I see no big difference since last week. The smell of her resembles that of a peaches plant, or at least that's the best I can describe it. Pictures of the plant, side view, main branch and side branch.

UPDATE
August 10, 2026.

After a dry week, a rainy week started. Since the last post, the rain was constant and copious, a strong wind hit the plants one day, but they resisted well, no broken branches. After each rain I shacked each plant, because they started to fall due to the great quantity of water. One of the AH, was constantly falling so I tied her with a wire trying to keep her straight. Also, I noticed that the garden was yellowing a bit to heavy, with lots of dead leafs, maybe due to a lack of nitrogen in the soil, because I also noted some red color on the leaf stems, so maybe also a deficiency of phosphorus? I gave each pot a bit of worm castings, and gave them a bit of molasses dissolved in water, and they seem a bit better now.

Angel Heart
- 2 girls, 1 pot {AH1, AH2}

Almost all of the branches on these plants started blooming, there are some that are not growing much, maybe to a lack of sun exposure, or maybe some light that might be hitting those branches preventing them to flower properly, this last one is a bit of speculation. Either way the plants are going well. Pic of the plants.

AH1 is reaching 208 cm, and is blooming very beautiful. The main branch top gets the full sun exposure, and is getting all hairy with thin leafs.
IMG_3193.JPG
AH2
This one is still on the 180 cm mark, getting hairy and budding slowly. The smell on each plant is superb, really love the essence that stays in me after doing some gardening.

- 4 plants, 1 pot. {AH3, AH4, AH5, AH6}
I finally labeled them, and stated to recognize them a bit more properly. I took as a reference the plant that was always falling due to the rains, that one I called AH3, and after that, in clockwise direction they each got their respective name. On the next picture, each of the labels are close to the main branch top of each plant. After that, side view of the pot.

AH3
I really love the rocket structure that this plant has. Is getting dense and heavy, I see and understand why it falls constantly. Despite the constant moisture, there are no signs of mold or anything dangerous. Full of white hairs and growing.
IMG_3198.JPG
AH4

This one has the most quantity of hairs that dried. Also took a close up to se how it's going. Maybe this will be the one that takes the lesser time to finish?
IMG_3199.JPGIMG_3210.JPG
AH5

This plant is getting bigger, it looks similar to AH3, but with bigger buds.
IMG_3201.JPG
AH6

This one is very leafy.

Euphoria

This plant stays at 160 cm, but the buds are growing. Today I sensed a different smell from this plant, but i'm not sure.

UPDATE
September 17, 2026.
Sorry for the long absence. As it happens in the universe, there were some changes that affected my life, and made me change my day-to-day flow, so it was hard to find a moment to write an update of the garden. The weather has been curious, there are still rains, strong rains are rare, through the week sometimes it's sunny and sometimes cloudy and cold, the plants resisted well. A plant has been harvested, the AH4, and is already dried and in jar curing. If I find a time-spot on the weekend I'll write a post about it. I've been watering the plants with rain water that I collected from rains.

Angel Heart 1
This plant stopped growing up. Now its gaining some mass. The smell of the plant is superb, really fresh and mango like. In a previous post I said that some part of the plant wasn't growing well, but it was because of lac of sun exposure. So I turned the pot and hopefully the lower branches get more sun to finish a bit better. Side branch and main branch.

Angel Heart 2
This one is growing better, it has more biomass and the branches are coating in buds, and it reminds me one of the pictures on the web site of this strain. Really nice plant. Picture of main branch and side branch.

Angel Heart 3
This one is almost done, maybe I'll harvest her one of these days. The trichomes show maturity, but the top of some buds are growing new calixes.
IMG_3510.JPG

Angel Heart 5

This plant its getting fat, really rounded buds. A few more weeks until finish.
IMG_3511.JPG

Angel Heart 6

This plants resembles AH5, same structure, same rounded buds, but this one maybe will finish early.
IMG_3512.JPG

Euphoria

This plant is calling for harvest, so after writing this I will cut it.
