3 Online Seed Purchases..One person's experience.

Greetings from the Northeast USA,

Recent purchases and results/ reviews.

1)
Planet Skunk.
Twice purchased Seeds from Planet Skunk (late 2008 and Spring 2009).. Easy to work with as far as communication and help placing my order.
Excellent delivery.
HOWEVER

The DNA Genetics seeds that were ordered (Chocolope) were microscopic in size. Pure shit....sprouted and died within two weeks. ( I understand that the condition occurs when they get greedy and giberrellin the whole plant in order to get female seeds.) No response from Planetskunk when I asked why my seeds sucked.
Re-ordered six months later to see if they had a better batch.
Read above for the result...same shit. Did manage to keep three alive and they are struggling along at one tenth the vigour of my other plants.

Again, email asking why ignored.

2)
Attitude seed bank.
Flawless timely delivery of two separate orders.
HOWEVER:
Five Greenhouse seeds Super Lemon Haze were guaranteed female, and four out of five went male. I had 25 regular seeds next to them (from the attitude - same order), and they all went female save for one. The surviving female SLH, after seven weeks veg & eight weeks flower is nineteen inches tall. It appears to me that Greenhouse seeds doesnt want me to be able to grow the cup winning stuff.
ATTITUDE did not answer my email regarding the quality of these seeds.

3)Kindseed
No communication or seeds after three weeks. Email inquiry replied to promptly- stating that they were waiting for my product and should have it anyday. Rather than wait any more, I accepted their offer of TWO substitute seeds from the same company, and they arrived three days later in ship shape.

Caveat Emptor Friends, and may your grows be fruitful.

Next time do business with Alien Shop and do not worry about service.
But none reseller can't guarantee for seeds quality.
 
Advertising Seed Companies That Ship To The U.S.A

I Understand How Hard it Is To Find A Seed Vendor Willing To Ship Stateside
By Advertising Links To Those That Do Could Be A Threat To Their Future Considering The US' Strict Laws Regarding Seed Sales.
I Recently Read That D.N.A Genetics Had Problems With Their Seeds , Especially In Regards To Hermaphrodites .
With Yesterdays High Court Decision To Turn Down A Appeal Of A Computer Hacker Who Suffered From Aspergers Syndrome , A Form Of Autism, To Be Extradited For Trial In The U.S.A , It Concerns Me That Their RICO Laws Are Very Much As Aggressive As They Always Have Been.
Although Your Post Is Helpful To Those Looking For Seed In The U.S.A, It Also Could Be Helpful To Law Enforcement Officers (LEO ) Who Undoubtedly Visit Websites Like This To Try And Garner Info.

I've had a ton of trouble from seed resellers,But i'm not in the US and probably never will be..

Man if i was in the northeast i would just take a cheap vacation to montreal, the women there are fantastic:D

Seriously Though , If I'm Not Mistaken , Dutch Passion Seed Company Does Not Ship To The U.S.A Or Germany .
I Cannot See A Legitimate Company Breaking Any Laws By Shipping To Prohibited Areas ( Seeds Are Legal In Canada , And Most Of Europe , The U.K Included ).
Who Knows ; Maybe Some Do , But I'm Pretty Darn Certain They Would Be Very Discrete
Discretion That Extended To The Point That The Above Mentioned Companies-Vendors Names Be Edited Out .
It's Sad , But The U.K Has Turned Out To Be A Puppet ( Whose Strings Recently Snapped , Causing This Global Recession ) State Of The U.S.A.
No Matter What , The U.K Goes Along With It, Without Question.
Canada Would Never ( Could Never ) Go Along With All U.S Demands .

I Personally Don't Know Of Any European Seed Vendor , Or Company That Ships Seed To Prohibited Countries

I applaud your intentions HOLROYD, but I think that the unintended consequences of this thread outweigh the possible benefits...safety first, my friend...jay:)
 
How would one go about removing this thread? If a moderator would remove it we'd all be better served for my indiscretion.
