Hi guys, great post over here, i've just read the 31 pages, now my eyes hurt :D


if I got everything right the first catalogue is from 1981


So Has anyone got the seedbank catalogue from 81 to 84 and 1986 and 89?

Damn i would have miss the 86 one? gonna look again but not sure it is there ;)

Or maybe it is the greetings from cali? no i think this one is from 80

Is perhaps the listing under '1984' in RC Clarke's intro to Cannabible 1 for 'Sinsiemlla Seed Co.' incorrectly labeled? Or is SSC an early name for the Seed Bank that I wasn't previously aware of?

Clarke ambiguously refers to SSC as having brought clone-onlys like NL and Big Bud back to the Netherlands, but also says SSC is now known as the Sensi Seed Bank. The list suspiciously looks a lot like what Nev might have had in the early days, note the Oaxaca in there...

Hi Jim,

Indeed Sensi Seed was formerly known as the Sinsemilla Seed Co.

They were more a kind of swap club back then.

I believe Nev had already shared some genetics with them.

Thanks Kash. I think I had been aware at one point that SSC = Sensi, but Clarke's wording in his intro recently made me doubt myself. In that piece RCC seems to go out of his way to not mention Nevil or the Seed Bank.

There's a lot of Skunkman in that list (Skunks 1 & 2, Afghani 1, Durban), but what I found interesting was the large number of sativa/indica hybrids available...
 
Im still curious to see the actual catalogues of 84 ,It be somthing if we could complete the thread with findings of each catalog from Nevil.

With the mention of the imports in the 85 catalog .Id imagine a few other imports were in the earlier releases.

When i first read that article in 1980 i thought this jingles was one amazing man, It wasnt till 25 years later i realised the guy i had read about was infact sam over on ic, although i had allready spoken to him on OG and CW under different names...:D
