thanks buttonmoon,

Another update.

here is a pic from a different mh plant, the plants still shoot lots of new pistils , they have another month or so to go so should put some weight these next couple of weeks , they are under 2 600w hps running 10/14 now . In a few days I will replace the one hps of the 2, with a cool white Metal Halide for the last 4 weeks and stop all feeding & give em only water .

hi all yes you are l33t lol realy nice pics to mate i personally feel the mangohaze is one of the most underated haze hybreeds offerd on the market today me personaly i love her and have since 2002 great work.

hey redeye , high SatScience :) , buttonmoon ! hope all of u are doing well

about the smell.. I think the different smells of all the plants include : Vegetables ( Carrot ) , glue , fuely , blue wild floral , acid ( limey/lemony ) ,hints of ripe fruits . Some smell hazy similar to some of my SSH , others more sweet musky fruity + piney air freshness , some more acidic like lemon and fuely/solvent-like(paint-thinner?) , a little similar to my hazy La Nina plants . The smell is changing actually over time so it will be interesting to smell the final cured product . :D

Enjoy..

Red,
thanx man, i really cant wait to try the mango haze.here is a nice shot I took today from one of the fast finishers which was polinated by a Neville's Haze male:

Hi L33t,
the plants are looking really good man, resin is starting to pile on now and that last pic of the pheno which has been pollinated looks awesome, should be a really interesting cross between the NH male and that faster finishing MH:cool: , peace, Herb

hi whitevanman & herb

the resin is starting to cover all the bud and small leaf and some of the plants have quite many trichomes on the bigger fanleaves which is nice to see.

here are some new pics from the garden:

another pic from few of the mh under the first light
mango-haze_16March001.jpg

here below on the left is a very nice plant one of the best in the garden , in the middle is one of the tall hazy plants , it may not the best yielder but the buds are starting to ripen with faster rates everyday, it has a 3feet cola of continuous bud growth though quite airy flowers. On the right is the fast plant under the hps i showed in the previous post. Scorpion, you were right man ..I need to tie the tops , seem to start to bent over under their own weight

Basically I pollinated all the girls with the Neville'sHaze male, thought why not make some NHxMango seed from all the phenos see which combinaton gives the best outcome and donate them to a good friend to grow outdoors in south europe this summer hopefully so it will be quite fun to see how these turn out in a sunny outdoor location . Some plants seem to be quite a lot pollinated , 1/3 of the calyxes seem to carry seed so should have enough to donate and keep for next indoor test run . I will also get some AfghanHaze and ShitHaze and also some SSH ..and if fresh Neville'sHaze seed is released in the near future I will also get few packs of these too for a haze selection feast.

Hi L33t,
they're looking superb, those colas are huge man, they're looking just as big as your previous SSH grow you done and they were massive, which pheno is the close-up pic in the last post?, calyxs look to be swelling up real nice, peace, Herb

Hi all

Hiya Herb,

Hope all is well. Last night I sampled a small bud from a low yielding hazy pheno and to my surprise I had a really trippy laughing attack ..giggling and blood shot eyes..really happy trippy smoke! The high was so intense that reminded me of Salvia's effects. Really strong pheno, trippy and heady high . Had such a great time with it , it was long time since I got that high from early sample, sure is a keeper though impractical for indoors as really low yielding pheno. btw the photo above was from a SK dominant pheno if my memory serves me well.

Hi GertLush !

Nice to see you again man. I will most probably chop some in 2-3weeks and the late finishers in 3 or 4weeks from now , most phenos will be pretty ripe by then with some amber trichomes . At the moment I am giving them only water of ph 6.8-7 and I will flush the last week let em dry and chop. Resin starts to cover all the flowers and small leaf , some phenos are exceptionally resinous and good thing is some of them are from the haze dominant plants.

One thing I have to say about the Mango Haze is , its definitely not a difficult plant to grow actually its a tolerant plant with lots of vigor . But its a plant that needs great care if one cares to maximize its yields, it has lot of potential as a strain and like hempy said its an underestimated line , to me it looks that its one of the best MrNice strains along with SSH.
